We will meet in the heart of Nagasaki. While exploring the history and culture of Nagasaki and its cuisine, let's prepare traditional Japanese food together: miso soup and sushi. Starting with how to make *dashi* (broth)—the foundation of Japanese cooking—you will learn the fundamentals of making traditional miso soup. For the sushi, we offer a wide variety of fish and vegetables, allowing you to create colorful and unique sushi pieces!
