Your adventure begins with hotel pickup from South Tenerife and a journey through Teide National Park. Along the way, our expert guides bring this UNESCO World Heritage Site to life with volcanic history, fascinating stories, local legends and plenty of humour. Coach commentary is in English. Enjoy an optional three-course Canarian dinner with drinks at Restaurante 7 Cañadas, spectacularly located at 2,130 metres above sea level. As golden hour approaches, experience an unforgettable sunset with a complimentary glass of Cava or orange juice. Then, as darkness falls, explore the night sky through powerful telescopes and laser pointers. Your Sunset & Stargazing Safari begins with a comfortable, climate-controlled coach pick-up from one of our convenient hotel collection points across South Tenerife. Settle in and enjoy the journey as our expert guide bring Teide National Park to life (Please note: Coach commentary is in English). Discover fascinating volcanic history, unique flora and fauna, and ancient legends woven into this extraordinary landscape. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Teide National Park is one of the Canary Islands’ most iconic natural wonders - and your experience begins the moment you step aboard. What time is pick-up? Pick-up times vary throughout the year. We’ll confirm your exact time the day before your tour (or on the morning of the tour for Tuesday departures).
Your destination is Restaurante 7 Cañadas in La Orotava. Set high in the heart of Teide National Park at 2,130 metres above sea level, it’s more than a restaurant - it’s your gateway to the stars. Enjoy a delicious Canarian dinner with drinks (Optional) while taking in panoramic views across vast volcanic plains, sculpted lava fields, and the dramatic contours of Tenerife’s most iconic landscape.
After dinner, the sky begins its quiet transformation. Soak up the romance of a sunset above the Sea of Clouds. Raise a glass of chilled cava (or orange juice) as the sky ignites with colour and the sun melts into the shadow of Mount Teide - Spain’s highest peak at 3,718 metres - its silhouette both powerful and serene against the fading light.
Stargazing is presented in English, Spanish or French. As twilight deepens, prepare to step beyond the ordinary and into the extraordinary. Under some of the clearest night skies on Earth, our expert guides take you on a stargazing and astrophotography journey across space and time. After Stargazing and another FREE PHOTO under the night skies, we head straight back to drop you off at your hotels or accommodation.

Pickup Locations & Times
Free hotel pick-up and return is available from South Tenerife only. We will contact you by WhatsApp before your tour with your exact pick-up time and meeting details. If you have not received a message by 12:00 midday on the day of your tour, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. If you are staying outside our standard pick-up area, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative meeting point. Please note: Coach commentary through Teide National Park is in English only. Our stargazing guides meet the tour on site, where the main stargazing presentation is delivered in English, Spanish or French. They can also bring you up to speed on any important information shared during the coach journey.

Amazing. Would recommend it to anyone
Kieran and the team are extremely knowledgeable, we've learnt so much through this trip. We managed to see milky way and countless stars.
Brilliant Prompt pick up, comfy air con coach, with updates Fabian our tour guide. The scenery travelling to the mountain was amazing and backed up with commentary from Fabian. The resteraunt and food were good and the views amazing. The guides on the mountain looked after us and took photographs throughout the excursion, which were delivered free of charge the next day with no pushy sales and added expense. The star gazing guides were all knowledgable, helpful and approachable. Even though the stars themselves were amazing they really brought it to life. The Cava to toast the sunset and the hot chocolate as the temperature dropped were nice touches. A really enjoyable excursion.
Brilliant from start to finish. Although we had cloud and the trip cut short we were offered a reschedule or 50% refund. The guide was very informative and The way thru the volcano was brilliant and the scenery itself was phenomenal. So worth it, beautiful sunset on Teide just a pity we didn’t get to see the stars that night but defo recommend. Fabulous trip
My friends & I had the most amazing time . Going up the mountain was great then going above the clouds was like another world. Dinner was lovely at the resturant ,then the beautiful sunset & then seeing the moon & stars through the telescope was amazing & so interesting. We loved every minute of it. Thankyou so much x
It was an amazing experience! Good food & drinks. The trip to lady Teide and watch trage sun go down , beautiful. But looking at the stars/planets, a big wow!! The Guys and girl from Night Skies, terrific! What a great team! Thanks !!!

Excellent experience and a real WOW moment when I saw Saturn with 3 moons. Informative throughout the tour on some of Tenerife's history and the astronomical things we could see.
Absolutely brilliant experience and definitely a wow moment seeing Saturn. Totally well run and very informative. Would highly recommend. As stated 3 course meal, drinks and photos are included in the price. The only optional extra is a tip which we definitely did.
