I’m really sorry to hear about this. This is absolutely not the experience we wanted you to have, and I completely understand why you are upset. The driver should have been waiting for you with a sign, and the vehicle should have been the minivan you booked and paid extra for. You should not have had to wait outside or deal with someone trying to sell you additional services. Regarding the driver spitting out of the window, that is also completely unacceptable and not the standard we expect from our drivers. Please accept my sincere apologies. I’m going to look into exactly what happened with the driver and the transfer company. I also want to make sure we find a fair solution for the extra amount you paid for the minivan. Thank you for telling me about this directly. I take your concerns seriously and I’ll do my best to make this right.
