Description
The Taj Mahal is often experienced in a rush—arrive, take the photographs, hear a few facts and move on. We believe a monument like this deserves more time.
This three-hour private experience is deliberately slow and unhurried. Led by a storyteller, you will discover the Taj Mahal through stories of the people, relationships and emotions behind its creation, while also having plenty of time to simply sit, look and take in the monument.
There is no rush to tick off viewpoints or finish a list of facts. We create space to notice the details—the changing light on the marble, the delicate inlay, the gardens, the symmetry and the atmosphere around you.
It is a more intimate way of experiencing the Taj: less like a sightseeing tour and more like spending time with one of the world’s great works of art.

I learned so much during my visit to Agra beginning
Kaleem was my guide for a 2-day custom tour of Agra beginning with Taj Mahal. Kaleem taught a lot about the Taj, its meaning and construction, and the life and times of Shah Jahan. We had a relaxed tour of the Taj and grounds. A perfect way to fulfill my lifelong dream.
We then toured the Agra Fort and I learned about the complex history of its construction and uses. The day also included a wonderful meal at a special restaurant.
I really appreciated the walking tour of Agra. I would never have been able to visit the small streets and sample daily life without a guide.
The following day’s highlight was Fahtepur Sikri. We had plenty of time to explore the complex and talk the history and meaning of the place.
Kaleem is an outstanding teacher and he has a depth of knowledge from the many generations his family has lived i. The area. We had a comfortable give-and-take conversation and he welcomed questions and comments.
It was so helpful to have a private driver so se could move around easily.

Heaven on Earth
A fantastic experience that took all the anxiety and worry about organizing a tour like this out of our minds so we could concentrate on enjoying a memorable experience.
Everything was carefully planned and precisely executed with plenty of free time to explore your own Taj and ask whatever questions that you wanted.
The operators have a passion for the job and give little-known insights into this "Heaven on Earth".
Long may they continue to offer joy to visitors like me!!
Operator response

We’re so glad we could take away the anxiety of organising the experience and allow you to simply enjoy your time at the Taj Mahal.
Thank you once again for choosing to explore Agra with us. We’d love to welcome you back whenever you’re in the city again—and hopefully take you beyond the Taj Mahal to discover some more of Agra’s stories, neighbourhoods and hidden gems with us.
Until next time! Warm regards from all of us at Soul Walks.

Excelent Taj Mahal trip
Had a wonderful experience with the tour agency for our short visit to the Taj Mahal. Everything was well organised and perfectly timed. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and made the visit interesting without rushing us. Despite having limited time, we were able to enjoy the Taj Mahal comfortably and learn quite a bit about its history.
Very professional and efficient service. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a well-planned Taj Mahal tour with limited time in Agra.

Seeing the Taj Mahal for the First Time
This was my first time seeing the Taj Mahal, and it happened to be on a very crowded late afternoon. Despite the rush, Arhaan’s presence made the entire experience truly beautiful and memorable. He remained calm and composed throughout, and his storytelling brought everything to life in a way that felt engaging and meaningful.
He felt more like a friend than a guide, and it was clear that he genuinely loves what he does.
I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Agra. The Agra Heritage Walk team does an incredible job of making these monuments come alive through their beautiful storytelling and friendly guides.
You could really see the hard work they’ve put into crafting their experiences and how they’ve evolved over time to cater to what works best today.

Arhaan Creates A Brilliant Experience
Arhaan from Heritage Walks was the best part of my month-long India journey. He was so knowledgeable and beautifully catered his tour to how we would respond well in what we would remember. I truly felt like he opened my eyes to such a profound understanding of what the Taj Mahal represents and it made my experience of the tour life changing. There are so many tours available to you, but choosing one lead by Arhaan will guarantee a memorable connection to a once in a lifetime experience. It was overwhelming at first with the historical information that he was relaying, but laid the groundwork for a more inspired conversation by the end. And he was an incredible driver, putting our needs first. Our schedule was very tight and because of Arhaan we were able to soak up as much as possible of Agra before our adventure continued. Thank you Arhaan.
Operator response

Wishing you many more wonderful travels and a great life ahead!
