Step into living history at Xin Fang Chun Tea House, a beautifully restored 1934 tea mansion in Taipei's historic Dadaocheng district, once the city's largest tea factory. Experience a hands-on Taiwanese tea ceremony where you brew, compare, and recognize Taiwan's most famous teas. The tea master demonstrates the traditional brewing method, including water temperature, leaf quantity, steeping time, and pouring order. Then it's your turn. Guided by your English-speaking TourMeAway guide, you'll brew your own tea while learning traditional tea etiquette. Taste four classic Taiwanese teas: Wenshan Baozhong, Alishan Oolong, Tieguanyin, and Oriental Beauty.
