Staff was very unhelpful when requesting to make adjustments to my reservation. Difficult to contact, did not respond timely, ultimately led to me not being able to make the tour and I lost my entire payment. No refund or eligibility to travel on a different date. I will take my business somewhere else next time.

Exceptional service!!, it was a great experience. …unfortunately I had to go on the side of the helicopter where I saw almost nothing but sea the whole way…, because on the other side of the windows there were other people blocking the view.
