The communication the day before the journey was very good. Confirming our transport the day before and then when traffic in Sydney was bad I was informed the driver would be 10 minutes late (which was totally accurate) and shared his location so we could see his exact location. He was very helpful with baggage and very polite and professional. The only minor issue was that his vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected and he was not dressed as neatly as I would have ecpevted.

Worth every penny. On time, super clean. Friendly driver! So much nicer to have someone waiting for you.

Driver never showed up for our scheduled Sydney airport transfer. We waited about 20 minutes, calling and texting with no response. I contacted Viator while waiting, and they also couldn’t reach him and immediately offered a refund. The confirmation email came through within minutes. Viator’s support saved this experience, but one star is generous for the driver himself.

As I live relatively close to an airport, taxis and ride-shares are not always thrilled with not getting much bang for their buck so this service is a great alternative - not much of a price difference, luxury vehicle plus a polite, helpful driver.

We booked this transport into and out of Sydney and it was great both times. Good communication and driving.

This was a great service. The driver was great with communication before the ride. On the day of our trip, he was on time and got our luggage loaded and everyone in our big group set. Overall, great value for money if you have tons of luggage and/or family with mobility issues that would make taking public transportation difficult.

My driver is really good. He picked me up in the airport and then picked me up again the hotel where I stayed. I went into the wrong terminal but my driver was able to get me to the right terminal where the Carnival Adventure docks. I highly recommend Abdul for drop off and pickup when you are in Sydney, Australia. 5 stars.
