Swim with Dolphins Catamaran with Waterslide & Lunch on Oahu

My dolphin excursion was canceled due to weather by the company and I’m trying to get my refund back. How do I go about contacting someone from Tripadvisor for that?

Absolutely wonderful start to finish! Early morning 7:30am start had calm waters and great visibility the day we went in August! The crew was welcoming and helpful to make the experience perfect! We got to swim with so many dolphins I couldn’t believe it, snorkeled with lots of fish and turtles, with option for waterside from the boat while I opted to continue snorkeling. Lunch provided on the way back was filling and easy to eat as we cruised back to the harbor. We even spotted dolphins on the way back and Stef was awesome enough to stop so we could watch them jump out of the water so high as we all cheered! The whole trip was very relaxed with plenty of space on the boat to move around and see everything that was happening. We saw what felt like hundreds of dolphins from the boat very close and in the water to enjoy them playing and swimming together as we observed them from a safe distance. I felt safe and had a blast on this tour. I will definitely book again and bring friends next time they visit Oahu. Our boat was operated by Stef, Koa, Ryan, Yuji, Keona, and Jess! Highly Recommend!!! 🤩

Absolutely the highlight of my vacation. the crew was amazing, helpful, and patient with an older person. They made me feel special.This trip was part of a bucket list. My bucket is overflowing.

Outstanding experience. In all My years of dolphin watching this one delivers! I saw more dolphins than ever before. We saw not one die use, but four species, which is highly unusual. The crew were so excited that they extended the tour for an hour! And gave us not two but three times to hop into the ocean and see the dolphins up close. The crew accompanied us in the water and kept a watchful eye on everybody and offered assistance to anybody that needed it by approaching the guest directly. We also had fun on the water slide and raft. Snorkeling, too, but we opted instead for another dive to swim with the dolphins. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very safety conscious. I highly recommend Iruka! And, perchance you don’t see a dolphin you can book another encounter for half-price! Also, on all future trips, forever, you will get a 20% discount; Lunch and soft drinks included. Highly recommended this experience and crew! None better.

Truly a one-of-a-kind experience that we will never forget! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive energy and genuine hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The experience itself was absolutely amazing, with beautiful scenery and unforgettable moments that we’ll be talking about for years to come. The crew did a fantastic job making everyone feel comfortable while creating a fun and memorable adventure. And the lunch was delicious—a perfect addition to an already incredible day! If you’re visiting Oahu, this is definitely a MUST!

We saw 4 species of dolphins on our trip. Swam with 2 species! We also saw a sea turtle and monk seal! The crew was friendly and super outgoing. They made the whole experience so amazing! Our captain was Stef and first mate Koa were so knowledgeable and friendly! Yuya explained everything so well that we felt very prepared. Madi, Sarah, Keona, Lucas and Mito were so encouraging to my nervous 9 and 11 year olds. They all were their biggest cheerleaders and so accommodating and were so willing to answer all of their many many questions. Description of tour says only 2 chances to swim with dolphins but the crew is so invested in our experience they let us go out a 3rd time!! We were almost at full capacity but the boat was big and everyone was spread out between the two decks. For sure recommend doing the morning tour even though it is very early! Sandwiches were delicious! Even my picky 9 year old ate the whole thing! Could not recommend this adventure enough!

I loved the experience of swimming in the ocean snorkeling for dolphins, turtles and other sea life.

I experienced it with my family of four! My 11-year-old son was able to dive from the ship to the sea without fear and swim with many dolphins. ^_^ Snorkeling was a great way to see sea turtles. Thanks to the Japanese staff kei, I was able to participate without any worries! It was even more enjoyable to hear from the children. ※Drugs for sickness are essential.

We were so excited to have this fantastic experience! We booked an excursion not realizing that it would take up most of our day. We were picked up near our hotel at 9:30 for our 11:30 tour. It took about 45 minutes to pick up everybody else, and then another 45 or so to drive to the marina on the west side of Oahu. We saw our first turtle at the marina itself, and a couple of others swimming near the boat once we were underway. The friendly crew started us off with a traditional chant and offering for safety at sea. While the goal of the tour was to see dolphins, we unexpectedly found a whale shark first! Apparently this is extremely rare. The crew helped people get in snorkel gear quickly so we could swim with this magnificent creature. I had some trouble in the water, but the crew quickly got me back to the boat safely and reassured me along the way. Next, it was off to find a pod of dolphins. We spotted many in a pod of spinner dolphins and they entertained us for a long while. Per the law, we were not allowed to swim with them. Finally, we returned closer to the marina where we anchored for a while. People went snorkeling, went down the water slide, and swam or played with the floating pad and paddle boards. As we returned to the marina, our turkey sandwiches were passed out along with potato chips. The bus ride back was shorter for us as we were dropped off first. It was a great day!

This is a must do trip. I have gone in December and recently in July. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. Even the photographer knows his stuff and his photos are amazing. Highly recommend purchasing the photo package as it is worth it. Just hang out close to him and he will get tons of shots for you. We were able to find two locations both times to swim with the dolphins. We also saw TONS of spinner dolphins (you don’t swim with them). The snorkel spots are good and place the good place to swim, snorkel, and relax a bit. You must try the slide too. Super fun. Have a great time even if you stayed on the boat you would enjoy.
