Travel from Paris to Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) International Transfer services are available from 4am until 10pm , 7 days a week. This is a semi private service introduced to comply with french social distancing laws following the Covid 19 Pandemic . There will be a maximum of 2 pick up / drop off points per vehicle . Strict hygene and cleaning procedures will be in place to ensure customer safety at all times .

Upon arrival at the airport you must collect your luggage and proceed to the customs hall. The driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with the lead traveler's name written on it.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Contact details advised on your voucher.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
- Please note when you book you must note the arrival flight time and flight number

Driver was easy to find at the airport, he was polite, and he carried our luggage and loaded luggage into the van for us. Van was clean. Driving was good. He unloaded our luggage as well. We did not have to do worry about anything from the time we met him to the time he dropped us off. We would absolutely use this service again.
We were forgotten, or rather, there was no one there. After waiting, I called, waited an eternity again, and then someone arrived. The driver mostly looked at the tablet on his lap instead of the road. Confused driving, got lost multiple times until we reached the hotel. We did not feel taken seriously.

This is in response to my first review, which I will attach in my photos, along with all of my texts and my reservation. As you can see, I clearly reserved an SUV, I had complete communication with your driver and furthermore, when has anyone coming from the US (which you knew since you required my flight info) EVER got out of a foreign airport in less than an hour and a half??? Not to mention you live in Paris and know what the EES has done with travel times. Please stop blaming your customers (i.e. other reviews) and take accountability for your poorly run business and unfriendly drivers.

To clarify, the issue was not related to the SUV reservation itself, but to the amount of luggage presented at pickup, which exceeded the standard luggage capacity communicated during the booking process. As stated in our booking terms, we ask clients to notify us in advance of any excess or oversized luggage so we can assign a larger vehicle where necessary. Regarding airport waiting times, our service includes complimentary waiting time after landing, and our drivers monitor incoming flights accordingly. We fully understand that immigration and baggage claim at CDG can sometimes take longer than expected, particularly for international arrivals. While we regret that you felt dissatisfied with the interaction, we also appreciate that your return transfer was completed successfully and that you were happy with that service. The driver arrived on time. He helped us to carry our baggage from Timhotel and when we arrived to Orly airport.
Signed up to take the shuttle to Orly airport from the city. Signed up online and requested a 6am departure. They charge you as soon as you schedule online via credit card. I received an email stating our shuttle would arrive on the day requested at 3am...nearly 5 hours before our flight. At this time of day, the traffic is minimal and Orly isn't as crowded as GDG so I asked to cancel. The company responded that I had to call viator for a refund. Fortunately when I returned home i was able to contact Viator and the nice gentleman on the phone refunded me my money. For the same price we were able to schedule a ride using the G7 Paris taxi company. They picked us up at 0600 and it only took 35min to get to the Orly terminal and we didn't have to wait 4 hours.
The time you insert is the flight time . The pick up time is then calculated with regards to the flight time that YOU have inserted . This is clearly labelled and 99.9% of our clients manage to insert the correct information.
Would recommend for stress free transportation to the airport! Driver contacted hotel with arrival time. Very polite and on time. Booked a shared shuttle but apparently they didn't have any other pickups so we were the only ones in the car. Highly recommend!
Great service. Driver arrived early and met us at the hotel. Paris was on strike during the month of December and we thought we would have an issue. We would recommend this service to all.
Arriving into Paris was exciting and exhausting all at the same time. Once I retrieved my bags, I called for pickup. Spoke with representative of the company and she gave directions of what to do next. I followed directions then within 10 minutes I get a call from the driver stating I wouldn't be picked up due to the protests and I NEEDED to find transportation. I called TripAdvisor, long/short of it I was refunded the money and given a $25 credit towards another booking with TripAdvisors. Cost more for an Uber but I was able to get to my hotel.
We do apologise for delays but since the 5th of december 2019 France has been gripped by a national strike . This has caused MAJOR traffic disruption over which we have ZERO control . Your travel agency / tour operator was advised of the disruption & delays to service in a communiqué at the end of November .
The driver was on time, helpful and professional delivering us to the airport with a minimum of fuss.
