Sutro Baths Private Walking Tour

I wasn't sure if I was waiting in the correct meetup area, the sign said "lookout point" so I sat on a bench and waited for other people to gather but never saw anybody, I asked the woman in the gift store if I was waiting in the right place, she said she didn't know, and was short, snappy, and generally unpleasant. I tried contacting someone through a viator contact link for the tour and never got a response. I finally just walked around on my own and left about an hour later. A refund would be just great, that whole situation was really awful.
