Surfing Lessons On Waikiki Beach

My partner and I had an incredible time surfing with Jack. He was super friendly, informative, and a great instructor. We both stood up and rode almost every wave. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience. The trainer was so patient and helpful! As a person who was very nervous and had not surfed before, I felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun!

You will learn how to surf really quick i surf over 10 waves in one less than 1 hour, the instructor will teach you really quick how to use the board and he will help you catch the big waves

Instructor gave a brief lesson which was a 2 minute demo at the shop on how to paddle, turn, and stand on the board in the water. What they failed to mention was the entry point into the water and the exit. We started off at the corner of the break where the ocean waves slammed into the sea wall and overlook. The instructor also warned us the waves were a little rough today. All of this should have been the first warning that this was going to be unsafe. Of course we signed a liability waiver but good instructors should prioritize safety! Not only were the waves too rough for a beginner this day, trying to get back to shore was incredibly dangerous. If you paddled back or rode the wave back into the wrong spot you risk slamming into the sea wall or pier 10 ft down shore. The area is also mostly reefs. The boards were also too large for beginners. I shouldn’t have been paddling out on a 12 ft board! If I can’t safely get on and off my board I have no business trying to surf with a board that’s too big for me!!! Why the instructor tried to paddle me out to the waves when I was struggling is beyond me. The assist was greatly appreciated but my best judgment had me paddling back to shore! There was only one guy doing all this. Usually when I’ve done ocean excursions there’s someone at the shore. There was no one! You are on your own!! Find somewhere else to go if you’re a beginner and pay attention to weather and surf report. Don’t risk your life. Especially when there’s a high surf advisory!! They should not have taken beginners out!!! Once I got back to shore a local had to save me because my huge board was too big to safely pick up over the waves and I kept getting dragged. I’ve swam and snorkeled in open water and you don’t play when the ocean is rough and when there’s a large board strapped to your leg.

I had such an amazing surfing experience! Peter was an awesome instructor—patient, encouraging, and great at making me feel comfortable in the water. You could tell he was passionate about surfing and teaching. Elijah was also a huge help and made the experience even more enjoyable. They both did a great job explaining everything and cheering me on, and I were able to catch some waves and have so much fun! Highly recommend booking with them if you’re looking for a fun and memorable surfing experience in Hawaii! 🌺🏄‍♀️🌊

The safety brief and class lesson made the experience that much better. I can’t thank you enough for helping me to enable my daughter to fall in love with surfing. The smile on her face says it all. With your amazing support out on the waves we have day to remember for the rest of our lives. Not even ten minutes on the waves and my 11 year old daughter was stand up surfing. The instructors were good, but unfortunately there weren’t many waves, winter is the time to come for bigger waves

There was a short prep on land and then lots of time in water with guidance and support. My instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun and I learned a lot!

10/10 beginner friendly. Definitely worth your money. Super nice and friendly
