Surf class in Porto - Amazing for beginners

Excellent surf school our instructor was great. I learnt sooo much in the time, easy to get too and great price

Good experience overall. Instructors were great. Started 15 minutes late, and we were asked to leave the water 45 minutes early. For a 2 hour lesson, we spent less than 45 minutes in the water. Otherwise a good experience.

The surfing course was good and fun. You could get into the water quickly. Unfortunately, the other participants in the course were 25 minutes late. Although we were on time, the others' time was not added to the end, and we had to wait for the others. Because of that, we could only surf for one hour instead of the 1.5 booked.

Was my last day in Porto and I book a surf class whith Fish Surf School. All staff was very friendly. They have facilities we're you can leave your belongings and change to go to the surf classes. All the equipment was very good and new. The surf coach was amazing and give attention to all in tge class . I recommended 200% . See you next time

After a short explanation on dry land, practice immediately in a shallow part of the sea on the surfboard! Good instructions and guidance from n very friendly instructor. Our children of 12 and 11 could t therefore almost immediately. I myself a little less:)

We had mixed feelings about our surfing experience. On the positive side, our driver was efficient and adjusted our destination when the waves weren’t ideal at the original beach, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the lesson itself didn’t meet our expectations. As complete beginners, we were hoping for a more patient and encouraging experience. The instructor moved very quickly through the instruction, and at times I felt rushed rather than supported. I also had difficulty walking through the sand to the lesson area, but the group continued ahead without much consideration, which left me feeling uncomfortable. While my husband enjoyed getting out on the water, I didn’t feel confident or encouraged enough to enjoy the lesson myself. The beautiful beach and scenery were wonderful, but the instruction lacked the warmth and guidance we were hoping for. We’re also still waiting to receive the photos from our lesson. Overall, the location was lovely, but we’d recommend improvements in communication, patience, and creating a more welcoming environment for beginners.

Great company. Did this with 6 friends, and we had a wonderful experience! Instructor was so kind, helpful, and clear. We all stood up and were able to ride our own waves.
