DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! The map led us to a meeting point inside (yes inside) the United Nations building. We tried contacting the organisers who said we missed them by 2 mins but could catchup. Knowing I had young kids, she just said to carry on down the road and refused to give any more details. She said she wouldn’t be able to contact the guide. We couldn’t find the guide and then called her back, she then refused to answer after several attempts. One does question the safety of having a guide on a tour for young children with no means to contact him. Either way they clearly provided inaccurate meeting point coordinates. Stay away from this unprofessional provider.

We had an enjoyable and fun experience. You could imagine Spiderman webbing all across the city. Our guide had a huge amount of knowledge about our heros. The amount of information was interesting but was lengthy at each stop. Kudos to our guide for what she knew without a cheat sheet. It might be better to shorten the stop times and keep tour to and hour and a half. I noticed that my family was not as engaged for the last half hour of tour.
The tour was great! You get to see some of the famous buildings used in movies like Spider-Man 1 and Superman. Our guide Connor was terrific! Very informative and a great storyteller.

Joel was very friendly and made us a beautiful tour of the city. He had a lot of patience because he knew I was Spanish-speaking and was always watching that I could understand him. The experience was really good, so I recommend the tour!!!
The entire family enjoyed this! We have kids ages 12, 15, and 18. All enjoy superhero movies, but a couple are into the comics. As someone who isn't as into the superheroes, I also enjoyed the tour. Michael provided great information and stories. I learned a lot! Our tour was about 90 minutes, which was just the right amount of time.
