Sunshine Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Sunshine Coast

Should’ve booked an Uber Booked an airport transfer which showed up over 30 mins late with no notification. Lots of info on the website telling you what they will do if the passenger is late but it seems like too bad too sad if they are late

Prompt efficient service. Good value. Clean vehicle and safe driving. Enjoyed extra scenic drive along coast to Sunshine Coast Airport.

Was easy to book. Everything after this was painful. Arrival to Sunshine Coast the bus didn’t show up at the booked time was 30 minutes late. After waiting 20 we rung to find out what was happening. Sounded like call Center is overseas. The girl said the bus picked people up, which was not true as there were 3 other groups waiting. Finally we got an answer that the bus was not coming and would have to wait for the next bus. They might out source the bus as well as the bus was not identified as con-x-ion like the images . On the way home I booked for 9am. The night before got a email that the bus would be there between a certain time which was later than I booked for and it turned up at 9:30, 30 minutes later than I booked for. The driver was probably the rudest I had meet. I asked him a couple questions about the trip to the airport and he pretty much grunted at me, brushed me off. I am dirty on myself I did not catch an Uber, Taxi or private transfer which other people recommended.

Used Con-X-ion to go to the Novotel in Twin Rivers. First bus left but had to stop on the highway as the back doors were open - the driver hoped all the bags stayed on board and suggested to never buy that kind of vehicle. Went to a place called daisies to change buses- got off a perfectly working bus onto a bus with dead battery and no jumper cables. After the working bus went and got jumper cables - the new unworking bus was jumped and we were delivered to our hotel. Used Con-x-ion to go to airport (this had been arranged by a travel agent) and it was suggested that we show up to the front of the hotel 10 minutes prior to the 20 minute pick up window which we did. After sitting there for 45 minutes we were starting to think about calling a cab and the van showed up to take us to Brisbane - after telling the driver that we were to go to the Sunshine Coast airport - he checked with the office for permission (?) and took us to the correct airport but making the other passenger worried about catching her flight in Brisbane because she had to change buses at daisies herself.

Easy to book. Great communication. Pick up right at the door of MCY airport Safe transfer to the door of our accommodation. Excellent service from our driver Jorge.

Just in time, with good explanation at the airport. Driver was very helpful with very heavy luggage. Will certainly book again.

WORST TRIP EVER. The air conditioning was broken so instead of changing vans they filled the van with people and drove from Sunshine Coast to Brisbane airport It was totally unacceptable. People were hot, sweating and then it started to smell. My mum left her hat in the van and ive sent 3 emails asking for it to be returned and no such luck. Go by train or another company. The email response about no air conditioning said sorry about the cleanliness. They didnt even read my email that stated NO AIR CONDITIONING.

I was concerned with delayed flights as I had missed my scheduled shuttle.. the last one for the night. As I reached the terminal I was contacted to say there was a driver waiting for me.. fabulous service!

Great company. Great services. Would highly recommend. Online booking platform easy to manage. SMS updates very helpful and informative.
