Sunset Sailing Trip aboard classic Galeon with Dinner & Open bar

I booked this cruise for myself and two daughters. Every piece of communication I had said that we were set for the 7:00 sunset cruise. They picked us up late, we got to the pier at almost 8:45 and then they put us on a Romance Cruise that was all couples except us. We got home extremely late, which we weren't counting on because we had a tour the next morning. I asked for a partial refund because this wasn't anything like I booked and the tour operator denied it. Would I recommend this tour - NO! They had days to let me know that the tour I booked wouldn't be available and should have given me the option to change it or cancel it and they did nothing. I wouldn't trust them!!

Carlo was an amazing host. The crew and photographer were great too. The food and the atmosphere were excellent. Worth the $ (fees and food options paid at check-in can be cash or card)

The dock tax was $20US per person. I paid in cash (pesos). You will then wait at the dock (but not the end of the dock where the ship pulls in). There is a designated smoking area outside the building near the lockers. Our experience was very unique. There was a motor issue and we could not actually sail, so we had our dinner on the boat alone as every else decided to rebook. It was actually magical.

Even though I was the only solo person in the group, it was worth it. Very relaxing, calming, and a great meal. Definitely a perk for couples, but I thoroughly enjoyed it anyways.

This is such an amazing experience if you're going with your significant other. It truly is romantic, with awesome food.

This romantic boat ride was the perfect option for our anniversary dinner. The captain, host and all the workers were very friendly. The Saxophone music set the perfect tone. We would definitely recommend it.

The music, the view and the outstanding service. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and it was the perfect special celebration.

I had the opportunity to dine at the Portofino restaurant of the Hotel Dreaams VIsta Cancun. Upon arrival at the restaurant the hostess welcomed me very friendly and immediately assigned me a table in the terrace area. Mention that dinner was exquisite starter, soup, dish and dessert, as well as very good drinks. Waiter Service was cut and fast. Mention that a live band delighted diners with pop and rock music in Spanish and English.. very pleasant experience.

Sergio made this experience so fun I love the music the ride on the ship was nice and relaxing had so much fun we met new people the saxophone player played all kinds of music and it was very very good I would definitely so this again. Try this when you in cancun.

We were supposed to hit picked up at our hotel after we confirmed via text. Had to take a $50 taxi to find out they booked the wrong day even after confirmation. Yet another $50 taxi ride back. Wouldn’t even answer my calls.
