Sunset by Boat and Aperitif Cinque Terre from Monterosso

Rather mixed about the service. We had booked for commentary in French. Everything or almost everything was done in English. On the other hand, given the scarcity of the explanations provided, we didn't miss much. We were expecting more commentary on the villages and the history. The onboard restrooms were not functional (supposedly broke down the day before); we were really unlucky. A delay at departure with no information, and it was rather complicated and anxiety-inducing to find the right boat without any signs on the dock, unlike many other companies. It arrived at the last moment, hidden behind a larger ferry, and quickly boarded the passengers before leaving again. We were lucky to have been in the right place. We had a bit of the impression that the company was doing this a bit discreetly, as if it were not official. We actually boarded people who hadn't booked with this company? Otherwise, regarding drinks, food, and the trip, it was fairly consistent with the planned program. Following uninviting weather, we had contacted the company to change our excursion date, but we are still waiting for their response. In summary, a rather mixed experience; we did what was planned and it was very beautiful, but with a few disappointments beforehand and during the visit.
