Sunset And Night Walk Guided Tour

Excellent experience, it was a family outing, and we enjoyed it so much, nature let us observe incredible animals, thank you very much to the guides for so much dedication!

Excellent night tour, the guides were very friendly, we saw many animals and learned a lot about nature.

Great experience - 2 guides for just our family of 5 which was great as the kids found the creepy crawlies a bit much half way through and the second guide took them back to base so the rest of us could continue. Lovely sunset views at the start. Lots of wildlife to see with help from guide Donald.

Such a great experience! Jorge was an absolutely incredible guide, and even picked me up from my Airbnb. We started off with sunset at this gorgeous location, with coffee and cookies, and then proceeded with the night hike! Saw so many animals, insects and birds. Was a highlight of my time in Monteverde. Book and ask for Jorge!

I really enjoyed this night walk! It was 100% better than the one I did the night before. Jorge was super educational, the location was amazing. Jorge knows this jungle like the back of his hand. Very interactive experience, 10/10. We saw many birds, tarantulas, scorpions, spiders, frogs, a snake and even a bat! Very much worth it!

We had a great tour with many animal sightings. Initially, it rained heavily at times, but because of that, we were able to see many animals (frogs, snakes, scorpions, birds, and many others). The tour is really well planned and the length was perfect. At the beginning, we had a very delicious coffee at the first viewpoint. The guide and the staff member were super friendly, and we felt safe at all times while receiving a lot of information about Monteverde. We can recommend the tour to everyone, even in heavy rain! (Rubber boots and rain ponchos are worth their weight in gold here)

I took a night tour with my partner in May 2026. Jorge guided us, and it was a 10/10 experience, highly recommended. You can tell that Jorge loves nature, and he is an experienced guide. Thanks to Jorge and a bit of luck, we were able to see wildlife that is often difficult to spot. Towards the end of the tour, Donald joined us, who is quite an expert, and we discovered even more animals. Incredible experience; we enjoyed it as much as Jorge did. You can tell that a lot of care goes into preserving the reserve; it is a very nice initiative. I cannot stop recommending it again.

This is a wonderful, family-run reserve! It says a lot that two different guides told us it was there favorite place to lead tours. The night tour began with a short walk to an observation tower to watch the sunset and where they serve you coffee and a cookie. Very nice! Our guide, Donald Torres, was truly exceptional. We have learned that it is really worth the money to hire a guide at a reserve because you see so much more. Mr. Torres is very qualified and really knows both the flora and fauna. His enthusiasm is contagious!

Wow!!! Spectacular night tour!!! Jorge (our tour guide) was very punctual, attentive and organized. His personality was warm, welcoming, and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed by his knowledge of forest nightlife. What an adventure! Would utterly recommend this tour company to all. Thank you for a memorable experience!
