A couple of days before the visit, I received all three tickets along with detailed information about logistics, the visiting procedure, and clear instructions on what to see and how to make the most of the visit. They also provided a helpful map of the Summer Palace, which made navigating the site much easier. I really enjoyed the Summer Palace itself. The further you walk into the grounds, the fewer people you encounter, and the atmosphere becomes very peaceful and relaxing. The ticket also included entry to Suzhou Street, which was a nice addition to the visit. It was raining during our visit, sometimes quite heavily, but even the rain didn't spoil the experience. In fact, the palace and gardens had a special atmosphere in the rain, and we still had a wonderful time exploring. After the visit, the provider followed up to make sure everything had gone smoothly and that I was satisfied with the experience. Very well organized, attentive, and professional service. I really appreciated the excellent communication, detailed instructions, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Helpful guide
Fantastic place. The guide that Miss Li sent us was very helpful to navigate around. The price is cheap and the visit spans for 3 hours. It wasn't very crowded and the atmosphere was good. The experience is good for families, couples and solo travellers. There are many steps, so be ready to climb!
