Tony was a great driver and tour guide. He gave us plenty of information as we drove on the surrounding area of London all the way to the Stonehenge and Bourton on the Water.
We did the Stonehenge & Cotswolds small tour, thinking that there was actually a tour guide involved to give insight and information along the way, as well as at the sites. Instead, we only had a driver that seemed to read random facts from ChatGPT with very little enthusiasm or interest. When we arrived at Stonehenge, we were directed to the shuttle bus and basically left on our own, even though the "guide/driver" went along with us. Same thing at Cotswolds. I thought we'd get a bit of information or history, a fun story here or there....but nothing. Not to mention the driving was atrocious! Speeding up like he's on a race course to then have to slam on the brakes going around turns. At one point, cups that were in the overhead shelf fell off and hit me because the curve was taken so fast. I don't usually get motion sick while in a vehicle but I literally had to keep my eyes closed the whole time to keep my stomach from churning. This was NOT what I was expecting after paying $250 for 2 of us to do this tour! I would NOT recommend the tour given as we received it. We essentially paid for a roller coaster ride to/from Stonehenge and Cotswolds and little else. On the flip side, Stonehenge was impressive to see, and Bourton-on-the-Water was a cute little village town. I just wish I knew more about them than what I had to research on my own after the fact.
Amazing, well-organized tour from start to finish! Our guide, Saghir, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day enjoyable for everyone. Visiting Stonehenge and the Cotswolds was the perfect balance of history and beautiful countryside. Everything ran smoothly and was very well organized. Saghir was a safe driver, and the air conditioning on the coach was excellent, which made a huge difference during the heat advisory. This was one of the best tours I’ve taken, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting England. Thank you, Saghir, for such a wonderful experience!
Trish was a great tour guide. She was informative and kept the stories interesting. The trip is 10 hours in total but it is divided nicely so it does not feel that long.
Our guide Lucy provided us with a wealth of information during the journey to Stonehenge, and the driver got us there on time. On site, an audio guide app allows you to access information about the site in several languages. Bring your headphones! We are taken there for the site opening at 9:30, with few people, excellent for photos! The Cotswolds is a magnificent region, worth the detour! I highly recommend this tour!
This was a fantastic day. Starting with our lovely driver, San* (I should have taken better note of his name), who struck just the right tone with engagement, humour, and sharing facts along the tour, this was a 1-day express that gave me enough time to explore the incredible Stonehenge and the beautiful village of Bourton on the water. This was ann excellent tour and I’ll look to book again with this operator when I’m in England again.
