The Royal Crescent is a series of 30 terraced buildings in Bath, England, built out in a sweeping crescent. It is a Grade I listed structure that was designed by architect John Wood, the Younger and erected between 1767 and 1774. It is one of the best examples of Georgian architecture in the UK. Although the numerous interiors have seen significant changes throughout the years, the Georgian stone exterior has remained largely unchanged since its construction. The 500-foot-long crescent features 114 Ionic columns on the first floor and a Palladian-style entablature above. With its views over the parkland opposite, it was the first crescent of terraced dwellings to be built and an example of "rus in urbe." Since it was created over 240 years ago, many noteworthy people have lived or stayed in the Royal Crescent, and some are honoured on unique plaques affixed to the respective buildings.

We specifically booked and paid for a tour to Stonehenge in Portuguese. However, upon arriving at the departure point, we were informed that the tour was available exclusively in English. In short, a service was sold that simply did not exist that day. To make matters worse, our names were not on the operator's passenger manifest, which caused significant stress and embarrassment during check-in, as we were only permitted to board at the very last minute. Since we were already at the meeting point with our day planned, our only practical option was to join the English tour to avoid losing the entire day. We attempted an amicable resolution with Viator customer service to receive at least partial compensation, but there was no flexibility or goodwill gesture provided. This serves as a warning to future travelers regarding discrepancies between the language advertised on the platform and the actual service delivered on-site.
Nice experience. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. Our guide, Zozo, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the driver, Duma, was also excellent.

Tour was fantastic. Jason was a great and informative guide. John was great as the driver giving us a great view after leaving Bath. Admission was easy with the option to include admission to both or just one. Tour length was great. Atmosphere was easy and informative. Size of group wasn't too big or too small so couldn't lose your way. Also Jason was good on informing us of the times to be back for the departure of each tour.

Amanda was an amazing tour guide. The Bus driver was top notch...probably the most skilled bus driver I have ever seen. The tour was not what we booked. We were told upon arrival that it was now a bi-lingual tour with English and Mandarin. Amanda did well but it felt like she had to share her time and attention. The schedule was not what we booked. We booked a trip where the itinerary was Bath first which would put us at Stonehenge around the time of the Eclipse. We were not told this was changed until we were on the bus. Later we were told Stonehenge closes at 3pm so all schedules were changed. Also, we were not dropped off at the meeting point as shown on the website. We were dropped at a completely different place. Amanda explained this from the beginning. But still, as a tourist from out of the country this can be off-putting. This all should have been updated on the Viator website.

Wei was an excellent guide and she was well versed with everything around and was a thorough professional. She ensured that our trip was every penny worth. The tour started on time and the agreed-upon departure times were also kept throughout the rest of the trip. The bus was air-conditioned and clean. Our guide Peter put a lot of effort into making the excursion interesting. His historical digressions were always informative and entertainingly presented. Our driver Romeo did a very good job. I never felt unsafe during the entire trip. The time at Stonehenge was sufficient; for Bath, it could have been more than 3 hours. I recommend booking the tickets in advance, as the tickets for the Roman Baths can be sold out on-site or you should expect waiting times.
