The tour was canceled and when I requested rebooking date there was no reply. When I finally requested a refund, the provider started answering. The location and time were not shared with us until last minute, one of the staff in the boat was highly rude bordering aggressive. Fortunately there was the boat leader (Eva/Ewa) that apologised for the rude staff person. But the whole thing somehow dampened the nice experience .
Visited the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and 9/11 Memorial. Nina was our tour guide and she did a great job narrating our experience. She went above and beyond giving us facts and details that were really meaningful. She also added a personal touch while keeping a 15 year old engaged.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Nina made your visit to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the 9/11 Memorial such a memorable experience. It’s great to know she was able to share meaningful details while keeping everyone, including your 15-year-old, engaged. We truly appreciate your kind words and will be sure to pass them along to Nina. We hope to welcome you back for another amazing tour in the future!
Our guide was Samir Matar. He was a wonderful guide, he explained everything we can asked for, and he was really nice and patient with us cause we didn't understand much english. 100% adviced. We will return for sure.
title misleading, ellis island is not part of the program no seats on the deck of the boat. windows are so dirty you barely see through them after the cruise you have hardly the time to reach one world building on time quite expensive for what it is. I would not recommend
