The tour is fun bc it is a harbor tour. We do a Harper tour everywhere we go and to be fair. Boston Harbor is pretty boring and pretty industrial. Look Airport. Look we had the dirtest harbor. Look cargo ships. Whatever it is good to see and you get to learn a lot of history. Our guide was super sweet. 4 out of 5 only due to no snacks and beer/wine to purchase.

Too many people on ship - insufficient seats - had to stand for whole tour - never encountered that on any harbour cruise in the world!! Not good value for 90 USD for two adults.
From the water is such a great way to see different parts of the city. The guide was very knowledgeable and very funny! Even with a little rain, it was well worth it. Love, the fact that there are snacks and booze available to purchase!
Emily is AMAZING!!! She was very informative and super funny & friendly.
FRAUD. ROBBERY. DECEPTION. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was an absolute RIP-OFF. The tour description was NOTHING—absolutely NOTHING—like what we experienced. We paid a substantial amount of money to be on a boat for a SPECIAL Tall Ships tour. We were specifically led to believe that we would be watching the Tall Ships leave Boston in a parade. HERE’S THE PROBLEM: THERE WAS NEVER A PARADE SCHEDULED. So what exactly did we pay all that money for? We were sold an experience that DID NOT EXIST. This was not a minor scheduling issue. This was not bad luck. The entire reason we paid extra for this particular tour was to see the Tall Ships leave in a parade—and there was never going to be a parade. That is DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST, and completely unacceptable. And this didn't just happen to us. TWO BOATLOADS OF PEOPLE were put in the same position. They took people's money and, by falsely advertising the experience, robbed people of something that cannot be replaced: the opportunity to come on another day and actually see the Tall Ships. Then came the customer service—or should I say the COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. When we tried to get our money back, there was NO ONE willing to take responsibility. Reservations was apparently the only number available. I called, explained exactly what happened, and was told that someone would call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED. Not once. They took our money, failed to deliver what was advertised, and then couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS? We spent a lot of money expecting a special experience and instead walked away feeling completely SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF, AND DISRESPECTED. If you are considering booking this tour, READ THE FINE PRINT, QUESTION EVERYTHING, AND DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE TOUR DESCRIPTION ACTUALLY REPRESENTS WHAT YOU WILL GET. Based on our experience, I would NEVER give this company another dollar. ZERO STARS if that were an option. ZERO accountability. ZERO customer service. ZERO respect for the people who paid them. AVOID.
The boat ride was relaxing and learned some things about Boston with the talking tour guide person and got good pictures
Such a beautiful boat ride and wonderful to learn more about the history of Boston. Our guide was fantastic. The 6:30PM tour time is perfect to catch sunset on the water and see one of the historic ships “fire” into the water.
The narrator ( Kevin) did a superb job.
Unfortunately, the day for our cruise was rainy so we did not get photographs that we were hoping to get with a nice sharp image. However, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the harbor and its history. We were able to get some photographs, but we were able to see many of the things that she was describing. The seating is indoor and covered, so our only impediment to photographs with the rain on the windows and the fog. We learned some very interesting facts about Boston, including the fact that most of the city is built on man-made land.
The boat was very slow and the speaker system was VERY loud. I am sure Emily is fine, but given the sound system, it felt like she was talking nonstop and we all really wished we could enjoy more quiet time in the beautiful harbor.
