St. Peter Basilica Reserved Entry with Audioguide & Dome Option

Dear Traveler, We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify, this product is not a live guided tour. It is an independent skip-the-line hosted entry service, as clearly stated in the product title and description. It includes an audio guide rather than an in-person guide, so it is not intended for guests seeking a live tour or an escort throughout the venue. At the meeting point, our host welcomes guests, verifies reservations, provides the visitor map that explains the venue, and assists every customer with downloading and accessing the audio guide. The host also shares all of the information and inclusions listed in the product description and supports guests through the skip-the-line entry process. Our records confirm that you were welcomed by our team and entered the venue smoothly without waiting in line. According to the information provided by our host, he was present at the designated meeting point to welcome guests. This meeting point is clearly indicated in the product details and in the directions shared with each reservation. To help guests locate the host easily, our standard procedure is to share a live location and remain available by phone and message whenever assistance is needed. Following our review, we can confirm that all support and services included in the reservation were provided. Because our team member’s role is that of a host, rather than a licensed guide, they are not authorized to enter the venue. The audio guide and map are provided so that guests can explore the interior independently at their own pace. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind future travelers to follow the instructions provided directly by Guide Us Tours staff, particularly regarding the meeting point and entrance procedure. Following directions from third parties who are not part of our team may lead to unnecessary confusion. If there is ever any uncertainty, difficulty locating the meeting point, or any other issue before or during the experience, guests can contact us directly through the Viator chat or via the telephone number provided with the reservation, either by WhatsApp or by phone call. Our team remains available to assist and clarify any instructions whenever needed. We are sorry that the format of this experience did not align with what you had hoped for. Our goal is always to ensure that every guest can benefit fully from all services included in the product, exactly as described, including skip-the-line entry, host assistance, the visitor map, and audio-guide support. Kind regards,
