- The official St. Mark's Basilica ticket price is €12.00 per person (standard) or €24.00 with terrace access; the remaining part of the price covers assistance at the meeting point, accompanied entry with a certified guide or host, access to the Venice Gallery with a dedicated VR experience, the use of an audio guide or radio system with earphones and sales costs.
- A valid ID document is mandatory for security checks at the entrance to the Basilica.
- For the visit of the Basilica suitable clothing is required (no shorts).
- Due to the security reason, luggage and bags are not allowed inside the Basilica

- St. Mark’s Basilica: Exterior Guided Tour (Entry Ticket Not Included) - This option includes a guided tour of the Basilica's exterior only. If you wish to visit the interior on your own, you may purchase an entry ticket for €10.00 per person by scanning the QR code located outside the entrance.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
- If you choose the Basilica Express Guided Tour option, the hosted visit to St. Mark's Basilica is provided in English. An audio guide is available in French, Spanish, Italian, and German.

our guide Alessandro didnt show up at 1140 am our tour was supposed to start at 1120 the experience was horrible said entry to the basilica and bait and switch suddenly was exterior. then we went to the local office in Venice where they also agreed the ticket said entry to basilica they said call the operator trying to get refund no reply yet from the operator but I want a full refund very poor experience and while not recommend at all. ruined the experience
It’s just the Basilica nothing more and doesn’t include the museum or top floor. Martha had an amazing command of the information and history and was able to communicate very well in English for us!

I was shorter than expected. Also the guide, while very knowledgeable, did not interact much with the group. Lastly both her accent made it hard to understand and she talked too close to the mike making the audio device hard to hear as well.
Mikki- she was amazing! She gave us all the information and was pleasant fun and a perfect amount of time as we got to explore after on our own. I’d highly recommend!!
I booked with Expedia and had to cancel my flight as I got injured Expedia handled it and they worked with United Airlines and all companies where so great I received a refund and for my tickets I was so happy the BEST customer service ever Thank you United Airlines
We never found the person for the visit. Really not recommended; we stayed waiting for part of the morning
Our ticket did not show on my email until after the appointed time and was not able to enter the building. Lost the money and the experience

We followed the google maos that was supplied by Viator. We meet with people holding Viator signs, we were early for our tour. They could not locate our tour we were sent to three Biator reps at different locations by the time they figured it out our tour left. I acalled and applied for a tefund because I was marked as a no show. It was clearly not our fault following there directions from google maps from there link. We were on other tour with Viator and never had a problem. I read on the boards there is a problem at this location all the time with there meeting points
First its misleading..beware its just the outside of the Basilica. But Anna was incredibly helpful and helped us buy the correct tickets. Her tour of the exterior was incredible. We loved her!!
