We’re pleased that the communication, comfortable transportation and, and professional guiding delivered that experience. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the rum component. This experience currently advertises and includes a guided rum tasting rather than a 90min tour of the distillery production process, and your comments reinforce how important it is that we make that distinction especially clear for future guests. The bamboo river rafting is often the surprise highlight—peaceful, scenic, and a wonderful contrast to the other experiences of the day. Nick's local knowledge and personality helped turn the journey into part of the experience, while hands-on chocolate making and an extensive rum tasting delivered the flavour. For guests wanting to experience more of St. Lucia without spending their vacation repeating the same drives, this combination is hard to beat.

We were delighted to hear that your guide Jay was fantastic. We used to offer salted or sweet snacks, but client reviews weren’t convinced (laughs). So now, we encourage clients to indulge in snacks en route, such as the milkshakes and banana bread available at the route stops. See you again soon.

Respond to the following review in short form 750 characters max “This excursion exceeded our expectations from start to finish!  The company was communicative and upfront about everything we could expect, which made the day feel seamless and well-organized. Our driver, Jay, was right on time and shared so much knowledge during the beautiful, scenic drive across the island. The chocolate-making experience was excellent. It was delicious, hands-on, and very informative. Also, the view from their upstairs restaurant was amazing! We also enjoyed a great rum distillery stop with tastings, including Bounty and other local rum brands.  The day wrapped up with river rafting, which was the perfect ending. Captain Joe led us and kept us entertained with jokes and great energy. He even made us fresh coco locos right from the coconut with Bounty coconut rum! All in all, this was a fantastic experience and one I would absolutely do again. Highly recommend!
