From our very first interaction, Lanka Travel Drivers exceeded our expectations. We had designed our own 13-day Sri Lankan adventure without ever having visited Sri Lanka, and they gave us honest feedback, excellent suggestions and advice on timing. Every question was answered quickly and clearly, which we really appreciated. Our driver, Thilaa, was thoughtful, kind and incredibly flexible. Safety was always a priority and we felt completely safe with him. As we learnt more about Sri Lanka, we changed our plans along the way and Thilaa adapted effortlessly, making the trip feel truly our own. He was always making sure we were happy, fed and watered, while also giving us space when we wanted it. He supported us through every adventure, with lots of laughs along the way…. including plenty of “Careful, Thilaa!” moments! We did five safaris and a snorkelling trip, all organised through Lanka Travel Drivers and their excellent specialist contacts. Every experience was fantastic. One of our biggest highlights was Blue Lake Cave Nildiya Pokuna, an incredible underground adventure and swim in a stunning blue lake. Thilaa recommended it after getting to know what we enjoyed, and it was a real highlight of our trip. We honestly cannot recommend Lanka Travel Drivers and Thilaa highly enough. If you are planning a Sri Lankan adventure, do not hesitate to book with them. The knowledge, flexibility, communication and genuine care made our 13 days incredibly special.

We recently finished an 8 day trip in Sri Lanka and were happy with how everything went. The booking and arrangements were straightforward, and the company was easy to deal with from the beginning. For the price we paid, we felt that we got good service. Our driver was also a big part of making the trip enjoyable. He was friendly, gave us space when we wanted to relax, and was always there when we needed help. He knew the roads well and drove carefully, which gave us peace of mind during the longer journeys. He also helped us along the way and suggested a few places to stop. It was a good experience from start to finish, and we would recommend the service!!!

We had most amazing 9 days trip in Sri Lanka. This is our second trip. From the moment we landed in Sri Lanka all the way up to end everything was well arranged by Thusan. The flexibility and level of service to go above and beyond was excellent. We arranged hotels ourselves but everything else including safaris were arranged by Thusan. Excellent and very safe driving. We have made amazing memories and look forward to come back again to Sri Lanka to make more.

Our family had a great 15 days trip around Sri Lanka. Our route covered Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Arugam Bay, Pasikuda and Trincomalee, so we got to see many different sides of the country. Thushan was our driver during the whole trip and he was very friendly and easy to travel with. He drove carefully, helped us whenever we needed something, and was always patient when our plans changed. We enjoyed the trip without feeling rushed and really liked having someone who knew the roads and places well. Everything went smoothly, and we came home with some really good memories. We spent 5 days travelling as a couple and really enjoyed the experience. Thilina was a great driver who was always polite and easy to talk to. Our Sigiriya tour was one of the highlights of our trip in Sri Lanka. The whole day was well organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Climbing Sigiriya Rock was an unforgettable experience, especially the breathtaking views from the top. Our guide shared interesting stories and historical facts that made the visit even more meaningful. The transport was comfortable, the driver was friendly and punctual, and we always felt safe throughout the journey. There was enough time to enjoy the surroundings, take photos, and experience the beauty of the area without feeling rushed. If you're planning to visit Sigiriya, I highly recommend this tour. It was a wonderful experience that created lasting memories

Thushan drove us for nearly 2 weeks; always very punctual and very helpful and careful; very comfortable car; the advice given was interesting; we had already prepared an itinerary which was slightly modified with Thushan; the landscapes are fabulous, all the places visited were magnificent, especially the train trip, a must-do. The reservations for the safaris were made by Thushan as well as many other visits. The downside, it would be nicer if Thushan talked more about the country, the culture, and even casual conversation; he can go the whole trip without saying almost anything.

Rawana Ella Waterfall was one of the highlights of our Ella trip. The waterfall is beautiful, and the fresh mountain air made the whole place feel so relaxing. We spent some time taking photos, enjoying the scenery, and simply listening to the sound of the water. Our guide was friendly, shared interesting stories about the area, and made sure we had enough time to enjoy the stop without rushing. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the tour felt comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ella and looking for a peaceful nature experience
