I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was exceptional. My family and I greatly enjoyed our completely carefree evening! Having a driver for the night was game changing! Can’t be a competitor if there is multiple of the same story sir !!!!
On the afternoon of March 17,2024 Mr.Orvil picked us up from getting prepared for my friends wedding . There were 6 women on board we were prepared for a wonderful time ! Mind you 6 beautiful women in heels and dresses . Mr. Orvil provided no assistance with climbing on board, we had an elderly with a cane , and very pregnant lady . To get in to the bus the steps are very high off the ground and very tall steps up . Started off already very unprofessional.
The ride to pick up the groomsmen was 15 minutes away …. And BOY DID HE ROCK OUR WORLD ! No patience for the speed bumps , turns , or stops ! We rode around for sometime confused . Until finally the boss called and began threatening to terminate our ride if more money was not paid. Our party had no problem with paying the waiting fee, the company made it impossible to do that and put us out at the second destination. Moral of the story they completely delayed us , stranded us , and scammed us .

You realized you were not getting a Free service, which I think was your motive from the start. You can make multiple reviews all you want. We meet our side of the agreement and you could not pay for it. Sorry, but our 20 years of positive real reviews shows that this was a desperate attempt to try to get a free ride. Again, everyone gets a contract that you agree to prior to the service. Very simple, order the service pay when we come to do the service.

Wedding party abandoned
I was one of the passengers from
Previous post! This company in fact put our bridal party out the vehicle even though the booking was paid for because “waiting for groomsmen for an hour” I don’t know why the time allotted wasn’t just billed to card on file. We were polite and compliant and also offered to pay balance with a new card. Mind you, I’m 7months pregnant. The driver offered me no assistance getting on or off bus. I’ve booked limo and Party bus services before several times in the past and never experienced a service like this. They are scammers.

The only obvious scammer is you, why would we show up and not take the money you said you would pay. You are just sore your scam did not work.
