Everything excellent and super. Gladly again.

Spinalonga is a magnificent island with fortresses dating from the Venetian period. It is an island of legends, a triumph to survival in the early 20th century from the scourge of leprosy, now a place of great archaeological and historical significance. Nostos Cruises operates the only fully organized cruise to Spinalonga which includes detailed information from our experienced guides and onboard guided tours in English and Dutch. For French customers we provide them with an audio guide player.
we visit the island for one and a half hour, and do a 30 minutes swim stop in Kolokytha bay.

Learned a lot of history in a short amount of time. Easy hiking to get beautiful views. Husband jumped in for a swim on the way and said that the water felt great. Well organized and our guide was knowledgeable and keen.
I’ve wanted to go to Spinalonga for over 20 years and finally booked the trip what a mistake wish I’d done it independently coach trip absolutely fine The guide was nice unfortunately the time on the island was just not enough. We had a guided tour for 45 minutes then another 35 to 45 minutes walking around alone but with constant reminders not to be back late so we cut our time short. Hardly saw any of the island the guide stopped at 2-3 points on the island said a few things and that was it then back on the boat for swimming and lunch lunch was absolutely horrendous consisted of two slices of dry bread coleslaw mix without any dressing, a dry rubbery veggie burger and an apple paid almost £100 for the trip. Plus €20 each to get on the island there is no time to swim, and also no facilities for changing. Everyone was walking around dripping wet on the boat where we ate, then spent an hour in town before coach pickup, a very long day for a very short time on the island.
Seems a good price for s four hour trip to Spinalonga but when you buy on the quaysjde no mention of the extra €20 to enter the island. Good boat with good amenities
Nice way to see Spinalonga with a c1 hour boat trip from Agios Nicolaos. Good facilities on board, some useful pointers of notable features with a nice opportunity to swim on outward leg. Good guide on Spinalonga with enough time to look around privately. Would recommend.
This is a pirates ship. DO NOT BOARD THEY'RE GREEDY UNSCRUPULOUS OPERATORS. They don't care about passengers safety. The ship is not sea worthy The crew sits around and smokes cigarettes. The diesel fumes are overwhelming. There's no shade on deck. No air conditioning in the main cabin. The food is absolutely disgusting. They only accept cash on board. The dining area is filthy and rats everywhere. The interior of the ship is disgusting. The toilets are blocked don't work. The crew are very very rude. They only accept cash and do issue receipts. The announcements on board are not in English or Greek. What ever you do. Avoid this cruise like leprosy. Someone nearly drowned and the crew didn't even bother to throw a life ring. Instead they said it was their fault if they weren't a strong swimmer they shouldn't have gone in the water. But they didn't issue any warnings about the current.
Made a last minute booking for the trip to Spinalonga after we were unable to book a trip through our hotel. This trip cost a fraction of what we were being offered at the hotel and did not disappoint. If your priority is a luxury boat and a fancy lunch, this is not the trip for you. If however, you want an in-depth guided tour from someone who is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the island of Spinalonga, I would recommend this tour. Our English speak guide was exceptional. The crew on the boat were great too. There is a swim stop for 30 mins which is a bit chaotic, but not obligatory. There is food and drink for sale on the boat too. For €23 plus €20 to visit Spinalonga, I would definitely recommend this trip.
Easy to find the boat to board. Swim was pleasant and interesting guide on the island and time to explore. Only watch out that the tickets to the site are extra which wasn’t immediately obvious on booking. Also boat only takes cash so if you want a drink on board remember to bring some along.
Family boat trip, swimming in a bay with clear water.
Best day of our holiday! Boat was clean with toilets and a not overpriced bar on board for drinks and food. The kids loved the swim stop off and jumping off the boat. We had about an hour and 40 mins on Spinalonga which was plenty of time to look around and to get and drink from the cafe. Entrance fee to Spinalonga is €20 for adults but the children went for free. Announcements and tour information were given in multiple languages. My only niggle was that it was difficult to hear what was being said on the PA system.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that you had the best day of your holiday and enjoyed the boat trip. It's great to know that the boat was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice bar for drinks and snacks. We're glad the kids had fun swimming and jumping off the boat – those moments make the trip even more memorable! It’s also wonderful that you had enough time to explore Spinalonga and visit the café. Thank you for your feedback about the announcements; we will look into ways to improve the audio system to ensure everyone can hear clearly. We truly appreciate your review and hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable adventures!
