The Speedboat will go through the GRSE waterfall which is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Mauritius. There you will get the opportunity to spot Monkeys and you may also feed them. The Skipper will guide you through.
Ile aux Cerfs, also known as Deer island, is the first landmark you land off the boat. While being a popular tourist destination, it has its own golf course and measures up to 0,87 km2. You will get to visit the island, take pictures and visit small shops. After visit to other islets, you will be served lunch on same island(speedboat only). (You will get off in the front of the island for 20 mins - at lunch you will go back to the island for lunch -approx 40 mins)
From a distance, the speedboat will pass along the territories of the Blue Marine park where occasionally you may spot a variety of fish species, as well as the occasional sea turtle. You will get around 20 - 30 mins to snorkel. Snorkeling gear will be provided.
Another landmark visit is Ile aux phares, also known as Île aux Fouquets served as a historical landmark for Mauritius. There, you will get the opportunity to visit the islet, the ruins and the lighthouse itself build back in 1864.
The boat will then proceed to Ile aux Aigrettes Islands for a Free pass-by view. There, you will get the opportunity to swim in crystal clear turquoise waters while enjoying an aperitifs. You will not be allowed to enter the islands as it is a natural reserve and require special access.
Ile de la Passe, another historical landmark which served significantly during the colonial period, is a rocky islet found on the bay of Grand Port. You will get to see the island from a distance however due to rocky corals surrounding the island, the boat cannot approach.
Ilot Flamants, also known as Ile aux Flamants, is a small, sandbank island located in the southeast of Mauritius, within the lagoon near Mahebourg. It's pristine white sand and clear turquoise waters, making it a popular spot for relaxation and water activities like snorkeling and diving. The boat will approach the sandbank depending on the tide.

We had a lovely experience on 5 islands tour. Our guide Kenny made it very enjoyable. This trip was also half the price of the TUI trip and it was exactly the same. We booked directly with Chris who we met on the beach at Hotel Ambre. We were lucky to see wild dolphins up close which Kenny said is very rare to see in the shallow waters. Remember to bring bananas for the monkeys. We had such a lovely time and would not hesitate to book with Chris again.
What an absolutely unforgettable day! The 5 Islands Tour recommended by Chris was simply perfect in every possible way and became one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Mauritius. The scenery was breathtaking, the atmosphere was fantastic, and every stop had something memorable to offer. The rum tasting definitely made the rest of the journey even smoother too! ;) We were also lucky enough to share the trip with a wonderful couple, and meeting them made an already amazing day even more special. Great people, great laughs, beautiful places and an unforgettable atmosphere from start to finish. This was not just a boat excursion – it was one of those days we will genuinely remember for a very long time. We had a fantastic fully packed day, seen dolphins, turtles and the cheeky monkeys. Picturesque waterfall, our guide Dony was amazing full of great facts and really made our day! The beaches were stunning. The speed boat was just so much fun. Food was brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and the 5 island trip to all. Made wonderful memories
Chris was a fabulous salesman and he didn’t exaggerate when he told us how amazing this trip would be! From start to finish, it was such a fun day. Our captain, Sparrow, was in high spirits because it was his birthday, which made the day even more entertaining. The vanilla rum and Coke was definitely a highlight — especially the stop where we got to sit in the sea at one of the islands, drinking rum and Coke. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better setting! 🌊🍹 We got to see dolphins and turtles, feed the monkeys, explore the islands and enjoy a fantastic lunch right on the beach. Lunch was so welcome after all the touring and was absolutely delicious. Beautiful scenery, great food, plenty of laughs and an amazing crew. Definitely one of the highlights of our Mauritius trip. Fun day out - great value for money - quick transfer to the marina - skipper Joy was excellent- provided lots of info and Rum!! Lucky to see turtles & dolphins..
We had a great time! We booked this trip through Chris, who approached us at our hotel, who was very friendly and professional. Booking and payment was easy. Joy, our tour guide, was amazing, also very friendly and knowledgeable! The trip lasted around 5 hours, and we were lucky enough to see monkeys, dolphins and a turtle! We snorkelled at an amazing reef with so many fish! The group was small and friendly. The BBQ lunch was tasty and very relaxed. We always had plenty of time at each stop, and never felt rushed. The trip cost us half of what it would have through Tui and we got to see so much! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for a great day!
It was a very nice day, we got to feed monkeys, we got to see dolphins and turtles up close, and generally a nice boat trip in beautiful surroundings!
