Spectacular Banff Day - Gondola Included

Firstly it was a long day, we were picked up at 8.15 am and returned appropriately 8.15 pm. Our driver Dair was professional and attentive, lots of facts and history. The gondola ride was a highlight of our day although once at the top we were in the clouds so had no view (unfortunately you can not rely on the weather). Had lunch in Banff and a wander around the shops. Lake Louise was an experience not to be missed and although Lake Moretaine was pretty we felt 1.5 hours there was too long. We would definitely recommend Viator for sightseeing trips.

Murray was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He had a very good understanding of the environment. Gondola ride is spectacular and not to be missed.

Ruben is a great tour guide and driver. He gave us proper time in each stop since we are a very small group. It was raining when we were at Moraine Lake but the lake still stunning.

With 30+ years traveling all over the world, I have never experienced pressureregarding catching the bus back at eaxh stop. Every stop was rished because of how much was crammed into the day. More is n9t always better. Caring for your guests should be your number one priority. Nothing worse then waiting 30 minutes at one stop and being told 1 minute late at aoither means no ride. We had three different tour groups on a single tour so wr all had different exoeriences and at differemt costs. Itinerary advertised was not what was experinced. One entire stop missed at Canmore while two stops were made at Lake Louise towm center to oick up and drop off other passengers. I never give less tham 4 stars on any review but you have Dozens of choices to see Banff National Park across 4 major tourian pkatforma ao look for another. I never felt ao rushed at ever atip and I am typically super fast visitor so for me to feel rushed means we actually were. Got 2 stars due to ot was still a tour that hit all the right locations but if you miss the bus they will leave you behind so you dont need that stress while site seeing.

It was an excellent experience. Awesome scenery, spectacular landscape, smooth gondola rides up and down. Crowd too congested, guess it's the summer tourists season. Due to the crowds everywhere in Banff, there is very little chance to see any wildlife sauntering around. There's my only regret.

Terrific day out! Entry included in our tour. Smokey day views. Banff shopping - lots to see and do. Place was packed with visitors but still plenty of space to get around. Found a great place to eat Sushi Bistro,beautiful and freshly made.

The first tour driver did not seem very engaged in providing the tour experience. Despite several requests from us to explain the places we were visiting, he was difficult to hear and did not use the microphone. We also almost missed our scheduled gondola ride because he was taking us somewhere else, and we had to remind him of our gondola reservation time. During the trip, he repeatedly complained about the city and mentioned that he wanted to leave because he no longer enjoyed living there. Overall, the first part of the tour was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations. However, the second driver who took over for the remaining part of the tour was excellent. He was engaging, professional, and made the rest of the experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to him!

Ruben was a fantastic tour guide and a very safe driver. We saw everything on the tour description in a timely manner. We appreciate going with a small group. The lakes are most beautiful! The only thing I might have changed, was the gondola ride. Not really worth it.
