I am a travel agent who does meticulate research prior to any travling I do. I booked this transfer from the cruise terminal to the airport prior to our trip for 5 people. The booking didn't specify luggage etc and I felt it was self explanatory that 5 people getting off a cruise would have 5 suitcases so i wasn't concerned with it. Once the taxi arrived he arrived in a 4 door hatchback car with a 3rd row seat. We knew as soon as he pulled up this wouldn't work. Then he proceeded to tell us he was the size that we booked for 5 people. Then proceeded to tell us the details weren't in the booking that we had 5 large suit cases. Again, I felt that was self explanatory for 5 people getting off a cruise ship from vacation. He continues to tell us over and over he could take 4 with 4 suitcases, but not 5. He called his office to see what could be done. They called me to inform me once again that the car wouldn't hold us and our luggage and offered no solution from their company other than booking an Uber or another taxi to take the extra person and luggage. So my friend had to book an Uber for an additional $160 so we could make it to the airport on time. It was not a good experience at all and caused a great deal of traveling stress on us all. I would not recommend this transport company because the booking is misleading. Next time I will be sure to do more adequate research before I am put into this very stressful situation again.b
Perfect ride to get to London from the Southampton cruise terminal. We had a great experience booking the trip - the company was very flexible and responsive in helping us adjust our itinerary. They were able to build in a stop at Stonehenge at our request. The driver was very friendly, showed up prior to our scheduled pickup time because we were able to get off the boat easier than anticipated, and dropped us off at the airport right on time. I couldn't be happier - and would use them again.
This was the very best experience. Hassle free. Was able to extend the drive after droping off my sister in law at the airport to my hotel in Windsor. Lovely interaction with our driver. Would highly recommend!!

Our ride from the cruise port in Southampton to Heathrow in London was super easy and quick. Driver picked us up on time directly in front of the port and took us to our terminal entrance right in front of the door that led straight in to our airline.
