Visit the Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls and stop by the small village of Vik. Roundtrip transportation to and from selected locations in central Reykjavik is available.

You can go behind this waterfall but we highly recommend waterproof clothing for this.
At this waterfall can you climb stairs to the top of it and see it from above. In good sight can you also see Eyjafjallajokull.
The Black Sand Beach is famous for it's basalt formations and the beautiful view on the Reynisdrangar. OBS: Always look at the waves they are very dangerous!
You will be walking to the edge of the glacier and can even touch it.

In Reykjavik City Center, pick up directly from hotels is not permitted, therefore there are special bus stops within walking distance that are specifically for pickup/drop off for airport transfers and tours. The black sand beach was worth the trip for me. So beautiful (I am making it my new background photo on my computer). We did not get to see the ice glacier do to the government closing the location for safety. But our tour guide made a different stop and we got to see Puffins up close.

It may be labeled as a 10 hour day but it is definitely a 12 hour trip. You will go under a waterfall so if having soggy shoes bugs you, bring a change.
