Our experience in St. Lucia was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to Whitney. From the moment we arrived at the airport and saw him holding a sign with our name, we felt welcomed. He immediately took care of our luggage, guided us to the vehicle, and made us feel at home away from home. He ensured we arrived safely at our Airbnb and even helped us with our bags all the way upstairs. On the day of our tour, Whitney was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the drive, he shared interesting information about St. Lucia, its culture, and the different places we visited. He showed us around town, recommended some of the best places to eat, and made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. Whitney even took photos for us and made sure we received them. The level of care, hospitality, and customer service was exceptional. I could go on and on about how wonderful this experience was. If you're visiting St. Lucia, I highly recommend Whitney's services. A true professional who goes above and beyond for his guests. We explained to Whitney beforehand that we were keen to avoid the crowds and that we wanted to go up to Pigeon Island and see Rodney Fort. He was very responsive to all our questions and turned up on time, with water and snacks in the car for us too. The car was spacious and comfortable and he drove very carefully and safely. He stopped at all the view points and let us set the pace when we were on the island. He also told us a lot about the country as we travelled around. Overall we had a great trip! Thanks Whitney!

Had a great tour with Swanson and Devon. We were able to customize our day to our liking. Pick up and drop off were prompt and they are very friendly and accommodating!

We used Golden Ticket LSU as our main transportation service around the island during our honeymoon. In addition we went through the private Soufriere tour. Given that it was our first time on the island, having a contact that knows his way around, speaks perfect english, and is fairly priced gave us a sense of security. Swanson and his team are gentlemen, and his services are fairly priced. I would 100% recommend!

I strongly recommend Swanson Taxi Service in St. Lucia. Our driver and tour guide, Devon, and on the second day, Whitney, were absolutely fantastic! We hiked the Tet Paul trail, enjoyed the essential sulphur mud baths, and ended our adventure at a breathtaking waterfall. Our trip wouldn't have been as enjoyable without Swanson Taxi Service! The prices are very reasonable, and the drivers truly become like family. We can't wait to return with friends! 👌🏼

Using Golden Ticket SLU was the best decision we could have made for our honeymoon and as first timers to St Lucia! From the moment I reached out, Swanson was quick to respond with pricing and answering all of my questions. We had the pleasure of having him as our driver throughout the week (but did get to meet Devon on our last day) for airport transfers, off-site dining and day tour. Swanson was always on time and had Pitons and waters ready for us upon arrival which set the tone for our trip. Our favorite day was the Golden experience tour that included Tet Paul nature trail, sulphur springs and Toraille waterfall-highly recommend opting to add lunch at a local restaurant!! Terrick our driver was phenomenal. Took us all over the soufferier area. We went to the mud baths, hotel chocolate, sugar Beach + the waterfalls. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, very accommodating. Also their pricing is competitive and fair. Highly recommended
