A fantastic way to spend an afternoon learning in a fun way about the history of music and pubs in London, in the Soho district in particular. The guide Ben was incredible; his knowledge, humour and ability to paint pictures of the stories he told made the time extra special. The group size was perfect and just as Ben suggested, we were all friends by the end. The pub selection was unique and each was chosen with purpose, Ben made recommendations on the beers or other beverages to suit the pub and explained the reasons for the choices. Again, so well done Ben!! Highly recommend this!

Harvey was the absolute best, super funny and knowledgeable about SoHo. Even stayed after with my friends and I with a pint and a laugh.
What an absolutely amazing afternoon checking out pubs around vibrant Soho and learning all about the rock and roll history of the area from our wonderful guide, Harvey. Friendly, entertaining and full of brilliant stories Harvey really brought the Soho to life and introduced me to lots of new, lovely pubs. Don't miss it - highly recommended.

If you are paired with Ben, you're going to have a great time. His knowledge of the neighborhood was first rate and he had many great stories to tell. The tour got better as it went on, particularly if you're interested in the music focus of it. The posting didn't quite allude to this as a "bar crawl" and it was only four stops (with a suggested half pint at each) but the tone was a little more drinking-oriented than expected so important to understand.
Walking around SOHO and experiencing music history from the Who, Bowie, Black Sabbath, Clapton and more more was so much fun. Bonus - stopping at wonderful pubs for a pint. Our tour guide Harvey was so knowledgeable of not just the tour but entire SOHO area including places we didn't stop at. For a wonderful afternoon of fun in London this is the tour to take.,
As a rock 'n roll (and much more) music afficionado, I was really looking forward to this tour considering the depth of great music that has emerged from London. Of course, a great tour guide makes a tremendous difference and Harvey did not disappoint! Overall, the tour covered several vital spots to music history, as well as several pubs that led to a bunch of pints and great conversations. Not only did Harvey cover all the key music stories and historical points, he was fun to drink with (as were the other two participants on our tour). Overall, I would recommend the tour and Harvey to anyone interested. And lastly, I never write reviews, so that's saying a lot o about this one and the guide...
