Dear Zoe, Thanks for the email but let me share the full story. You made the booking in the morning for the same day cruise. This booking was on REQUEST only. As the cruise was full (not overbooked), my team sent you an email asking if you can change the date and you said you cant, so we refunded 100% back to you already. This is not the second time this has happened as we can see your bookings as well and this was the only first time with us. I am not sure how this is bad customer service when we even contacted you about this and you replied back and we refunded in full!
