- Gondola tickets are not included in price - we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes to access the upper Skyline complex from the base terminal, or at least 90 minutes in peak times
- Please bring an extra layer of clothing year round! Jackets, hats and gloves are recommended. Closed toe shoes are essential (no sandals, flip flops or heels)
- Prior to your arrival it is mandatory to complete a Participant Consent Form. The web link to this form will be within your voucher
- Youths under the age of 14 years MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (15 years and over) on tour. Those 17 years and under must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or over.
- If you or anyone in your group has a medical condition or a recent injury please bring this to our attention. Pregnant woman are unable to go on tour.

A blast!
Danique and Warwick were the best guides! They made the experience so fun, interesting, and informational. It even snowed while we were on the last zip line! It was a blast!!

Beautiful location for ziplining
Loved the whole experience. Easy check in process and super friendly staff. We had a very small group so wait time at each platform was very minimal. Such a scenic, beautiful spot to zipline. Warwick and Jakob were both knowledgeable, professional and fun guides

What an experience! The passionate and experienced guides, the 6 insane zips, the hike down the forest, the commitment to the environment and their passion for conservation; the best eco experience I’ve had in a very long time!! Awesome tour in Queenstown
We had all had a brilliant time. Devon and Danique were great, they were very knowledgeable and kept us entertained the whole time.

First timers
We booked the 4 zipline experience and loved it. I was a bit nervous, but didn't need to be. The staff, Harry and Sammy, made me feel confident and safe. Once the first one was done, I rose to all of Harry's challenges including going upside down and backwards - yeehaa! This trip is suitable for all ages and the views from the last zipline are amazing. I would highly recommend this experience.
