Important Information
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The maximum weight for any Ziptrek Ecotour is 125kg (275lbs). The Kea tour has a minimum weight of 30kg (66lbs).
- Gondola tickets are not included in price - we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes to access the upper Skyline complex from the base terminal, or at least 90 minutes in peak times
- Please bring an extra layer of clothing year round! Jackets, hats and gloves are recommended. Closed toe shoes are essential (no sandals, flip flops or heels)
- Prior to your arrival it is mandatory to complete a Participant Consent Form. The web link to this form will be within your voucher
- Youths under the age of 14 years MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (15 years and over) on tour. Those 17 years and under must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or over.
- If you or anyone in your group has a medical condition or a recent injury please bring this to our attention. Pregnant woman are unable to go on tour.
- Not allowed for travelers over the weight limit of 125kg (275lbs)

It was so much fun flying through the trees and the wonderful views. The staff were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend it 💯. At first I was a bit scared,but after u leave the first platform the fear goes and it was just pure fun.
It was amazing!! Ollie and Warwick were very enthusiastic and made it enjoyable!! I also loved the family I was with!

Really enjoyed the experience, zip lining through the tree canopy and hiking down a little bit being able to take photos of the wilderness was lovely. As it worked out, the zip line was a good lead up to build the courage to do the canyon swing.
A great couple of hours spent in the trees having fun with very engaging and knowledgeable guides. Plenty to learn about the Queenstown area's history too.
We had an amazing time zip lining in Queenstown. The guides were awesome and knowledgeable about New Zealand. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants to zip line in Queenstown.
I had a great time with my 11 yr old daughter. The zip lines were great fun and the view from number 4 was amazing. I’m glad we did the 4 line trek (Moa). The guides, Sammy & Ben, were really friendly and helpful. They do everything for you and make it so easy; you can just enjoy yourself.
Harry was the best !! Very fun and helpful...saftey conscience....loved our moring in the trees ! Eco info wasnt nesscessary...and a tad boting.
Such an awesome experience - even when travelling solo. The guides were knowledgeable, professional and bought enthusiasm and encouragement to n spades. Definately one of the best value for money experiences in Queenstown - worth every cent. I cannot wait to come back and do this with my family.
