We had a lovely day visiting Essaouira, seeing the boats at the port, strolling through and shopping in the Medina and finishing with a delicious lunch viewing the beach. Worth the trip.

Seamless trip from my riad (Karim efficiently picked me up from the closest accessible road to my riad in the medina) to Essaouira. There were two stops at a cafe and at an argan oil collective. Had 4 hours then to explore Essaouira, which is a beautiful coastal city. So far my favorite part of my vacation.

It is a charming and beautiful town. Historical sites, great restaurants and unique shopping. Also our driver was very friendly and made special accomodations to help the passengers have a better experience.

The 3-hour drive from Marrakech was absolutely worth it! The city is beautiful and vibrant, with stunning blue and white colors. We visited the fish market, where you can buy fresh fish and have it cooked on-site, though we opted for a local restaurant instead, and the food was delicious. The souk is much less crowded than in Marrakech, making for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. Plus, we even made new friends along the way!

It does deserve the UNESCO status really. The cherry on the top was our driver. Joseph communicated with us from introducing himself the day before to keep me posted on his arrival. He did a good job! Very considerate guy, and zen. His good vibes contributed to my day🙏🏾🫶🏾

Nice town with lots of small shops. We were spontaneous surfing in the sea. The relatively long journey was definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience and to do alone or in company, great value for money. Essaouira is a small port city worth visiting for a getaway away from the chaos of Marrakech. In addition, the stop to learn about the tradition of Argan oil manufacturing was very interesting. Our guide, Saeed, was nothing short of perfect in guiding us and providing us with information and curiosities along the way. Highly recommend, experience to do if you come to Marrakech!
