Itinerary

120 min

Your Champagne adventure begins with convenient pickup directly from your hotel or Airbnb in Paris. Once all guests are comfortably on board, we leave the city behind and begin our journey toward the world-famous Champagne region. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful French countryside as you travel toward the vineyards and charming villages of Champagne. Depending on the day's schedule, traffic conditions, and travel time, a short comfort stop may be offered along the way, allowing you to stretch your legs, use the restroom, or grab a coffee or snack. Relax and enjoy the ride as your Champagne experience begins, with visits to renowned Champagne houses, fascinating cellar tours, and unforgettable tastings awaiting you.

Admission included20 min

As part of your Champagne journey, you will visit the historic city of Reims, home to the magnificent Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral - one of France’s finest examples of Gothic architecture and a landmark deeply connected to the country’s royal history. Enjoy approximately 30 minutes of free time to explore this remarkable monument at your own pace, admire its impressive façade, capture memorable photos, and, if open and accessible, step inside to discover its beautiful architecture and famous stained-glass windows. Your guide will share fascinating stories about the cathedral’s history, its role in French heritage, and its importance as a symbol of Reims, adding a deeper cultural experience to your Champagne adventure.

120 min

After exploring Reims, continue your Champagne journey with a visit to a charming family-owned Champagne house. This intimate experience offers a unique opportunity to discover the passion, traditions, and craftsmanship behind small-scale Champagne production. During the guided visit, you will explore the estate and its historic cellars (caves), while learning about the traditional methods used to create Champagne and the story behind the family’s heritage. The visit concludes with a Champagne tasting, where you can appreciate the authentic character and distinctive style of a smaller producer. This personal experience provides a wonderful contrast to the larger, internationally recognized Champagne houses and gives you a deeper understanding of the diversity of the Champagne region.

120 min

Continue your Champagne experience with a visit to one of the region’s renowned Champagne houses, such as Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon, Taittinger, or Nicolas Feuillatte (subject to availability). Discover the fascinating world of Champagne production as you explore the cellars and learn about the expertise, traditions, and precision required to create some of the most celebrated Champagnes in the world. During the guided visit, you will gain insight into how these prestigious houses combine centuries-old traditions with modern techniques while maintaining the highest quality standards. This experience perfectly complements your visit to the family-owned producer earlier in the day, allowing you to appreciate the unique differences between artisanal craftsmanship and the heritage of internationally recognized Champagne houses.

Admission included20 min

You will also visit the world-famous Avenue de Champagne in Épernay — often called the “most prestigious street in Champagne,” home to some of the most iconic Champagne houses. Here, your guide will introduce you to the history and significance of the avenue, while you enjoy free time to walk along the street, take photos, and soak in the elegant atmosphere of this UNESCO-listed area. It is the perfect moment to experience the heritage and prestige of Champagne in a relaxed and memorable setting.

60 min

During your Champagne adventure, enjoy a unique and interactive tasting experience hosted by your guide in a beautiful setting surrounded by the landscapes of the Champagne region. Take part in a blind tasting where you will discover the subtle differences between various sparkling wines, including Champagne and Crémant. Your guide will introduce you to the aromas, flavors, and characteristics that make each wine unique, turning the tasting into a fun and educational experience suitable for both beginners and wine enthusiasts. As a memorable highlight of the day, your guide will also demonstrate the traditional art of sabrage — the elegant technique of opening a Champagne bottle with a sabre. This special moment offers a perfect photo opportunity and adds an unforgettable touch to your Champagne experience.

120 min

At the end of your Champagne experience, your driver/guide will return you to your original pickup location in Paris. If more convenient, you may request drop-off at another location within Paris, and your guide will do their best to accommodate your preference whenever possible, depending on traffic conditions and the day’s schedule. Enjoy a comfortable return journey after a memorable day discovering the Champagne region.

My first time in champagne region

Such a wholesome experience. Honestly our tour guide Alex, arrived on time and had communicated a day before the time that he would be there to pick us up and he was. We visited a total of 3 champagne wineries Nicholas feuillatte, Collard Milesi and Moet et Chandon. Finally the little surprise at the end where I got to do the savor made the experience worth the money spent. Did I mention we had a lovely French based lunch too. A total 10/10 recommendation.

Sasha was a fantastic guide. He knew more than the guides from the champagne houses ! Very energetic and engaging - highly recommend the tour for both those that have little and vast knowledge of champagne and the region.
