Fantastic tour! Daniel was great! The meeting point directions need clarity because we mapped the address and it took us 15 min out of the way - the meeting point is at one of the large statues in University Square. We also thought Gray Line in the directions (name of the company) might be a bus queue line so this confused us as well. The cafe queue is long and rake up time so consider if you really need a snack.
We are still waiting for the audio guides in Italian.
Gentile viaggiatore, La ringraziamo per aver dedicato del tempo a lasciare una recensione. La preghiamo di notare che questa attività non include un'audioguida in italiano. Good, but it would have been necessary to add something else in addition to the mine because 5 hours on a bus for 2 hours of visiting is a bit of a shame - otherwise very good to see, it's impressive.
Bring heavy jackets and long pants and some food; the stops are short and there isn't much to eat inside the caves
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The experience itself is cool but in my opinion not worth the 7 hours.
Ana and Cristian are the best. The trip is long but it is totally worth it, the mines are incredible and the time to visit them is sufficient. Ana gives super interesting facts.
This salt mine is superb, impressive, and absolutely incredible!!! A must-see... however, the driver who also acted as a guide was absolutely terrible. He even dropped us off on the way back like cattle by stopping for 30 seconds on a main road!!
Tour guide and driver are great. It a great thing to see and lots of time. It’s not a return type of thing but it’s good to say you saw it. It’s a lot of walking and it’s pretty large. Other than that it’s a mine.
Very interesting tour!! Incredible "Wow"factor - I could not imagine the size and scale! Even seeing photos before the trip didn't prepare me for that sensation. Very glad we went on this tour. Bring a very warm jacket tho, it is cold down there!
Very impressive. Worth the whole trip.
