• On Monday and Tuesday Peles and Pelisor Castles are closed all year round and can be seen from outside. On high demands days you can visit optional Pelisor Castle. Peles is also closed on following dates: 12 of April
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Children under 7 y.o. cannot attend this tour
• Minimum age of the participant is 7 years old
• No heart problems or other medical conditions such as car sickness.
• Not allowed for pregnant travelers
• No luggage or large bags allowed. One small handbag or small backpack per person allowed onboard the coach.Company or staff involved in the activity are not responsible for any of the guests belongings
• Not allowed to join the tour under influence of alcohol or drugs

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

• The order of the itinerary depends on the season, weather, and opening hours. Unforseen events (weather, special events, traffic, etc) may result in a visit only on outside of one castle. Delays in arrival time to Bucharest may occur also due to these uncontrollable factors.
• Due to the strictly dynamic nature of mountain transit, arrival windows are managed exclusively in real-time to ensure operational synchronization.
• Company reserves the right to refuse service or disembark any passenger for conduct deemed inappropriate, without entitlement to a refund.
• For AudioGuide you will need to have your own smartphone, headset and internet.
• Our coaches are not equipped with accessibility features such as wheelchair ramps, lifts, or medical assistance equipment. Passengers must be able to independently board and exit the vehicle and navigate uneven terrain at castle sites.
• Peles castle is closed for maintenance from 2ndof November till 1st of December. Pelisor will be visited as replacement.
