- Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket, and have a time limit of 1 hour from time of entry. All purchases are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferrable
- Entry to Sky Garden is subject to a security check and bag search. After security, an elevator will take you to Sky Garden
- Breakfast treats and hot beverages are available at Sky Pod Bar and limited to one per ticket
- Photo ID will be requested for alcoholic beverages (not included in your ticket)
- The balcony is closed everyday until 11:00am for security reasons
- Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide. WiFi is available at Sky Garden to assist with your download

The view is beautiful from upstairs, very much worth it. Come 10-15 min earlier as it is always a que to go in. The only thing is you have only 2 basic pastries to choose from; they do have more options but you cannot upgrade and pay the difference.

Do not do early access tour. We got to the sky deck at 8:15, ate our pastry, and had to wait until 10 to go on the outside deck My review is not a reflection in Viator. They are wonderful. It’s based on the SkyDexk itself. However, I don’t think this tour is worth the price

I would eat breakfast before you go there because yes there is some stuff available but it’s more of a snack then actual breakfast. Also it’s a great place even if you are afraid of heights like I am.

It was nice to beat the lines but there were still a lot of people. The pastry choices were very minimal but the view is spectacular and worth it.

It is a scam. They sell it to you as if you are going to have a great breakfast there and it is a chaotic mess of people. I was there for an hour and a half and I couldn't even have a coffee or eat anything. On top of that, I saw that they were serving everyone on really cheap plastic plates. Terrible experience. Get your tickets in advance to enter for free and that's it. The view didn't blow my mind either.

Very expensive for a mediocre service, crowded with people, 30 minutes of waiting for a coffee. freezing (AC at 15 degrees). The "delicious pastry" boils down to the choice: a cardboard-like croissant or pain au chocolat. The coffee was good. The coffee/pastry package on-site is 6 pounds. Knowing that entry to the garden is free. Paying 20- for the ticket .. the service is not up to par. 1 elevator out of 2 and 1 restroom out of 2 broken down in the middle of the season. It increases the waiting time. Book on the site around 11 a.m. or during the day, wait in line anyway but at least it's free. And the view is magnificent.

It was a good experience, we got to go inside sky garden although it didn't have places. The pastry and coffee were nice and we could stay for as long as we wanted. However we couldn't figure out how to access the self-guided audio tour, so we didn't get the full experience we paid for. Would still recommend if you missed out on getting access to sky garden.
