Worth it
Everything was easy from the beginning. We received the Alhambra tickets quickly and the instructions were clear, which made the whole visit much less stressful. Being able to skip the ticket line was definitely helpful, especially with the number of people visiting the Alhambra. The site itself is absolutely beautiful and a must-see in Granada. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the city!

Alhambra after sunset
Private guided tour after sunset. The guide Paula knew how to tell the whole history fascinatingly. In the evening it is also quite quiet, only then not everything is seen. Just a little note, we thought we could get a taxi quickly, but on Saturday night it is terribly busy in the city and we were on time at the minute.

Good at paying back but poorly updated status of the page
We booked three different packages with tickets that appeared to be on the website. We managed to book but then called or emailed them that they did not exist at all. It would have been better not to book three times for 10 people. It may be that it says somewhere that it is incredibly preliminary bookings but it was not clear. However, it’s like a big plus is that Viator always paid back the money immediately. They are honest and you dare to book. There was no visit but we got a refund.

We were unable to enter the Alhambra while waiting at the meeting point after coming to Granada especially.
Do not trust them, as we were unable to visit the Alhambra after making the trip especially and having paid for the tour.

To flee urgently
The service provider cancels the tickets less than 48 hours before the visit. And the refund is long overdue! It is to flee absolutely!

Con artists. Cancellation of our tickets 48 hours before without any excuse and especially without the decency to refund. Never take your tickets through this offer.

Our ticket was cancelled at the last minute even though it was bought 3 weeks ago and in addition we must ask for a refund which should be automatic. Run away!
