- The tour start time will be adjusted to your ship’s docking schedule to minimize waiting and accommodate possible disembarkation delays. You’ll receive the final meeting time in the Meeting Instructions about one week before the tour.
- Please note that wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, electric scooters, and other mobility devices cannot be accommodated on shared tours. Tours on Santorini involve uneven surfaces, cobblestone pathways, and some sections with stairs. We kindly request that all participants carefully assess their physical ability to complete the tour prior to making a reservation. Refunds cannot be issued to guests who are unable to complete the tour due to accessibility limitations.

Excursion run very professionally. It was easy to meet the leader and they made it exactly clear what we would be doing. They kept us on time and were very friendly.
We had a great tour. Under the very expert guidance of Ana. She taught us a lot about the island and its history. She did this with great enthusiasm. She had all the attention for everyone on the tour and was also willing to take beautiful pictures of everyone. A very successful tour and definitely recommended.
We booked the shared transfer with private tour option. We accidentally went to the wrong meeting place and were quickly picked up by our driver/guide without issue. Our guide took us all around the island and was accommodating to our requests and preferences. He also took us to a local restaurant and recommended some local delicacies. We had a wonderful day and could not recommend this tour more.
Wonderful day! We saw all the high points of Santorini and then some. Alex, our guide was very informative, knew the best place to catch views with little crowd and kept a pace that was comfortable for our group of adults and kids. He also has a great sense of humor and very upbeat. It was a wonderful day and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Five hours was just enough time to see some of the most beautiful sights in Greece. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and so friendly and so nice to spend time with and learn from and your driver was amazing navigating those winding narrow streets
Let me just tell you that when we arrived to the busses, we were told we had to check in/!The lady that met us there was very rude. Supposedly we had to check in. She was actually yelling at us! There were many people that had the same issue with tickets purchased through Viator. So she proceeded to yell at us. People were looking at there phones to see if it said anything about checking in and a number to a bus. She says "don't look at your phone! It is not there!" Yelling at us and making "your customers very uncomfortable and stupid! You best believe that it will be known through all travel sites about this. I have never experienced this before with Viator. It was humiliating.

That day, we welcomed 258 guests who needed to be checked against the booking lists and directed to the correct buses. Asking for each guest’s name was a routine and necessary part of managing this large port operation, as Viator tickets do not display individual bus assignments. Our team’s account differs significantly from the description in your review. They reported that the interaction became confrontational when you raised your voice while they were trying to verify your booking and assist you. No other guest or team member reported our staff yelling at or behaving inappropriately toward customers that day. We accept that you may remember the interaction differently. However, based on our investigation, we found nothing to support the claim that our team shouted at or humiliated you, and we remain confident that they acted professionally throughout the check-in process. Totally enjoyed the half day tour of Santorini despite the super busy island in a super hot August day! Loved the patience and thoroughness our guide (Elekta) explained all we needed to know about the island.
We took a tour with Andreas and he was fantastic. His family is from the island, so he was very knowledgeable and knew the island well. He let us taylor the tour to our liking and choose where we wanted to go, and how long we spent at each spot. He went above and beyond for us when we needed to re-route our drop off. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience on the Vexperio Skip the Cable Car Santorini Tour! Everything was well organized from the moment we arrived. Even before our cruise reached Santorini, Vexperio proactively contacted us to adjust our tour schedule so it aligned with our cruise ship's tender times. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure we would have plenty of time to enjoy the island while still returning safely for our tender back to the ship. That level of planning and customer service gave us great peace of mind. The staff was waiting for us at the pier when our tender arrived and quickly got us on a boat for a scenic water transfer around the island, making the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Our tour guide and bus driver were both kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took us to some of Santorini's most famous photo spots as well as the beautiful black sand beach, sharing interesting information and helpful tips along the way to help us make the most of our time on the island. On a very hot day, they made sure everyone stayed comfortable by providing plenty of water. They also happily took photos for us and knew all the best angles, which made it easy to capture some amazing memories. We especially appreciated how committed Vexperio was to ensuring we returned to the tender on time. Their attention to detail and understanding of cruise schedules is something other tour operators could learn from. We only wish our Luxury Yacht Tour in Mykonos had shown the same level of communication and concern for their cruise ship guests.
