I booked a ski day without lessons. The kit they sell includes the ski lifts, but they were not clear and I ended up paying for them twice. I have nothing but praise for Jorge the guide, his explanations were very clear and he was always trying to go the extra mile. The driver Luis took us there and back safely, which is no small feat. Although he picked us up 15m late and asked us to leave the ski center at 15:30, even though they close at 17:00. On the way back he was going a bit fast and you could smell overheated brakes. Two of us threw up and we had to stop. Then he slowed down and the smell of overheated brakes was no longer felt.

Was very well organized. Was able to clarify and organize everything via WhatsApp in advance. Support was good and everything was explained proactively. Communication was also problem-free in English. Had a great and uncomplicated ski day. Ski course is included in the price. If you don't need one, you can also head straight to the slopes alone.

Extremely unorganized tour. Usually, I would expect a confirmation for such an extensive tour, but they did not confirm, nor was I able to contact them the day before. Most of the time, the guide explained everything in Spanish. I would have to ask for a translation or questions in English on my own. I was talking with another person in the group who is fluent in Spanish, and he agreed that the guide was not clear on instructions when speaking in Spanish. Considering safety, I was not happy with the meeting point at 6 AM in the plaza as a solo woman seeing an unmarked bus. The bus is a bit small and old. And the seats are able to recline a significant amount, so the family in the row in front of me was reclined all the way back giving no space for my row, and they did not care at all. I paid for lessons, and when the guide was giving everyone ski lift passes, he told me they had listed me as having no lessons. The situation was easily resolved, but it just really shows how disorganized they are. Not only that, we had to wait two hours for our lessons which is a huge waste of time. The instructor for the ski lesson also was not the best teacher. The lesson was disorganized. Overall, I would not recommend going with this company. But unfortunately, I think that all the companies that do this sort of tour are probably comparable.

We will review the situation with the guide, particularly regarding the use of English and the clarity of the information provided. Regarding the travel time to the destination, this is the usual journey whether traveling independently or with a tour company, as the destination is located in the Andes and the road involves many curves. As for the ski lessons and the staff at the resort, these services are managed directly by the park and are not operated by us. We sincerely regret the aspects of the experience that fell short and will continue working to improve our service.
