I booked and paid more for this particular trip than the others available as it advertised you get to mingle and meet the resident penguins ,closer to the time when I enquired what time my booking was for as the penguins are only at certain times during the day, I then was sent a email saying my trip had been cancelled , this was last min the actual day of my trip, so I ended up having to book direct with ski Dubai last minute to get to see the penguins, it’s here they advised me there this is never included in the day passes, and a error on trip advisors part, If you want to do the snow park & get up and close & meet with the penguins this is not included in this trip even tho it states it is, very disappointing, I booked the penguin encounter direct with ski Dubai and this was amazing
Ski Dubai was an incredible experience! The snow park, atmosphere, and overall vibe were fantastic. However, I wish the package descriptions were a bit clearer—if you're booking skiing or snowboarding, you need to already know how to do it, as the package doesn’t include lessons. It would’ve been helpful to have that information upfront. That said, it's still a must-visit attraction, and we had a great time enjoying the winter wonderland in the middle of the desert!
Fun time, fantastic facility and organisation. Well worth the money. Would go again. Great day out. Go early to miss the queues.

Visiting this place is perfect for friends and family alike. They provide proper outfits, but be aware it can still be quite cold inside, so come prepared. The penguins are incredibly cute and a must-see—you’ll learn a lot about them. Plan to stay for 2-3 hours to fully enjoy the experience. I recommend getting the full-day access package, allowing you to take breaks and re-enter later. One of the highlights was the hot chocolate—absolutely the best! We got it for free, topped with marshmallows and cream. It was the sweetest and most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had. Special thanks to holidyys.com for making this experience possible

The experience with this supplier was not to the standard. It was below expectations! The reason being that we booked tickets two days prior to the planned date and got the confirmation for booking. I also got email & WhatsApp from supplier that booking is confirmed. One of the messages that I missed that there should be an entry voucher and not only booking confirmation. Since it was a 6 hours pass, we planned to arrive morning 10:30 to stay till afternoon but when we reached there to our surprise that vouchers are not in the booking and we were denied entry! We tried the contact number for exactly an hour with no response. You can’t imagine our situation with kids and trying to reach out without any luck! Then thankfully the ski Dubai counter supervisor assisted and got in touch with supplier & got us the voucher and we entered exactly at 12:00pm. An hour & half wasted and the only response we got was sorry for delay! What a shame to deal with them

I was skeptical about this adventure when he asked me to book it, but it turned out to a very exciting and enjoyable experience. We were able to add ski lessons with no problem at the counter even though we booked with a third party. If you have children, or want a nice dating activity while visiting Dubai, I highly recommend this adventure. Oh, and we got to touch penguins ☺️
