We start with Maggie Beer's Farm Shop on this tour with 2 wine tastings at our chosen wineries and lunch at one of the wineries for the day. This is a group tour with the shared experience for the day and numbers can reach up to 30 people, which can be accommodated in a car, minivan, and bus/coach. Wine tastings below average. Mostly younger wines which were supermarket quality. Need to upspec wine quality. Deep our driver was excellent and made the trip enjoyable and fun.

We accidentally booked our tour on a 45 degree day so two businesses we were supposed to go to were closed and lots of shops in Hahndorf were also shut. Management did not care that half the tour was cut and only offered extra time in Hahndorf to compensate despite the glaring difference in value. Thankfully though our tour guide Wazza was amazing - he arranged for us to go to a chocolate factory and a cheese factory to fill in the extra time and genuinely wanted everyone to have an amazing day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and so funny and easy to talk to. He clearly loves his job and takes pride in each of his tours. Will definitely be booking another tour with him (on a cooler day) the next time we are in Adelaide.

Absolutely great day. Not too rushed, our driver / guide was great. The wineries we visited were fantastic especially Kies Family winery. Ordered a case from there. If you have a full day spare highly recommended this tour.
