Death, Dying & Dumb Love

Tour was interesting about the history of Seattle and it's sinister influences. Ricardo was conversational, not sounding like a scripted tour. Took us to several interrelated places and each role they played. We were notified by text the night before as a reminder. We didn't receive one the day of and prior tour, the guide didn't show. There is not a reflection on tour or guide, but... beware, steep hills on tour and walking down a flight of stairs four stories high.

Just ok.

Really just a nighttime walking tour. The guide was friendly and struck up a conversation with just about everyone in the group, but we didn’t go in any of the locations. Everything is as described on the tour info, but just felt a little lacking.

Coincidence? I Don’t Think So!

Our tour guide Queen was very knowledgeable about the local lore. She didn’t just tell us, she enacted she modeled, and made us ponder the paranormal. She made this tour to be very interactive. She provided ghost chat boxes and K2 meters to add to the fun!

Great Informative Tour!!

Historical look at Seattle through past crimes and assorted villains. Tour guide was lighthearted yet did a good job talking substance about some bad people. I liked the parts where our tour guide showed how hard working gold miners would be pounced upon by the Seattle villains. The presentation style was solid. Our tour guide was well prepared. The first art of the tour included a steep and somewhat lengthy hill which is not anyone’s fault because it is an outdoor tour and Seattle is full of hills. Just be prepared for some hills. I’d give the tour length a A+. As it was the perfect length. I’d give the presenter an A+ too. Personable but yet respectful to tell the tales of Seattle history. I would an a caveat that steep hill at start of tour just as a friendly reminder.

Save Your Money

I was really looking forward to this tour and was very disappointed. As soon as we walked up to the group, I let the tour guide know that we really could not hear him with the street noise and the fact that the speaker was on his back, but he wanted to face us did not help. I am a fairly young person, with pretty good hearing and I could not hear anything. He led us to the Gum Wall, which is also a really cool spot, but the acoustics in the area are not easy to hear, and there were other people around that were speaking loudly. We went to the front of the Public Market, as a group we tried to stay left side of him, but for the life of me I couldn't tell you what one story was about. Toward the end of the tour, he led us through a parking lot with several unhoused people. While we were standing at the entrance to the parking lot, we were verbally accosted by a resident. We do take responsibility for our part of the misunderstanding. However, I can't help but wonder, why we were led through this parking lot. Maybe there was something in the monologue that explained why, but I could not hear it. Further, the tour guide did not come over to resolve the situation, nor did he acknowledge the incident with our group. I am very disappointed. Perhaps a smaller group would have made it more manageable, or investing in an audio system would be a good choice. Regardless, my recommendation is to stay in the hotel and watch a documentary about Seattle.

Horrible. Don't waste your time or money. Bud 1 small hill was 3 mountains to climb. Zach was boring, his speaker system was terrible. We left the your half way through. Do not book

It was fun and informative! I do wish the tour guide could have been a bit louder maybe with a portable mic but otherwise great tour!

Learning history of people and buildings was fun. :)

It was cool getting to hear the multiple stories of historic people revolving around Seattle and to figure out what they're infamous/benevolent for. Especially the many buildings that have been simply affected by certain events that caused them to become haunted. :D
