We are "yours" for the day -- we strive to make your trip to Roatan memorable. There's lots to do, let us create a special tour just for you. Each of our vehicles is air conditioned for your comfort -- our fleet has vehicles which can comfortably accommodate any size group...from 2 guests to up to 29 guests. Fold-up wheelchairs can be accommodated in all of our vehicles, please let us know if you will require the extra room when you request availability.

Pickup Locations & Times
For LOCAL GUESTS: Guests staying on the island, we will pick you up and return you to your lodging accommodations. Be sure to provide us with the NAME and LOCATION (or Airbnb or VRBO listing website address) of where you're staying! If you have a preferred start-time, include that information, as well. For AIRPORT GUESTS: We will pick you up outside of luggage claim. Be sure to provide us with your AIRLINE and FLIGHT NUMBER. Please look for your name on our guide's sign. For CRUISE SHIP GUESTS: Our tours depart ONE HOUR after your ship arrives to port! Check-in for your tour at the Tour Assembly Location (shown below) at least 15 minutes prior to departure! Easy Tour Departure Formula: Ship's Arrival Time + 1 Hour = Tour Departure Time [or EARLIER, if you like!] Check-In EARLY...and you won't be LATE! COXEN HOLE/PORT of ROATAN (Royal Caribbean, NCL, MSC, Celebrity, Virgin Voyages, Oceania, etc): As you exit your ship, look for our Kiosk in the Independent Tours area past the Taxis. You'll see our company name signs and uniformed employees at Kiosk #1 at the port's Independent Tours area. One of our representatives will greet you at the kiosk, locate your name on our list and introduce you to your guide for the day. Assembly Area: •Exit Ship to the Shopping Plaza stores •Take a Right at The Monkey Bar https://roatantour.com/images/VBTatPOR.jpg •Follow the Scenic Pathway to Kiosk #1, beyond the taxi stand •Kiosk #1 is the 1st Tour Kiosk on the Left, past the taxi stand •Check for VICTOR BODDEN TOURS Signs, Shirts & ID's •Check-In for your Tour ISLA TROPICALE CRUISE CENTER (Carnival, Princess, HAL, AIDA, P&O, Marella, etc.): As you exit your ship, customers on Local Independent Tours will be required by Carnival Corporation to exit their dock area through the gates and walk on the sidewalk over the hill to the main road. Once outside the gates and over the hill, look for our representatives holding our Company Name signs. One of our representatives will greet you, locate your name on our list and introduce you to your guide for the day. At the end of your tour day, we are able to drop you off to the entrance of the dock...so you will only have to do this long walk one-way, when you first arrive. Assembly Area: •Exit Ship through the Gift Shop •Go Past Fountain Plaza, Enter Red-Roofed Building •Take a LEFT at the Taxi Stand [or take a $2 Taxi-Shuttle from Here!] •Up the Sidewalk, over the Small Hill through the White Gate •Look for VICTOR BODDEN TOURS Signs on the right-side of service road •Check-in for your Tour!

Our tour guide Denry was the best! Very professional and courteous. We will definitely recommend this customize private tour to other travelers.
Our driver was punctual, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the entire excursion. One of our biggest concerns was making it back to the ship on time since we booked this tour through a third-party company rather than the cruise line, but he got us back with plenty of time to spare and left us feeling completely at ease. We also really appreciated that he let us create our own itinerary and was very helpful with arranging our activities. My only negative feedback was his recommendation during our beach stop. The area he suggested for renting chairs and getting food was the busiest part of the beach. We were constantly approached by solicitors, and unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. Just a few minutes' walk away, we found a much nicer restaurant and quieter lounge areas that were roped off from the salespeople. Unfortunately, by then we had already paid for the first location. Overall, we still recommend this tour and our driver. Just one tip: if you prefer a quieter, more relaxing beach experience, I would recommend exploring a little farther down the beach rather than following the driver's suggestion.
We had a great time in Roatan, Fernando was our driver and he was really great. He spoke English really well and offered a lot of insightful information about the island. I would recommend Victor Bodden and specifically Fernando if you ever find yourself in Roatan
Our private tour in Roatán was the best way to see the area. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Norma was very flexible, tailoring the day to what we wanted to see rather than following a rigid schedule. Thanks to her local knowledge and efficient planning, we were able to experience so much in one day. We visited the iguanas, enjoyed an unforgettable encounter with the monkeys and sloths, had time to shop for souvenirs, and even stopped at a delicious local restaurant for lunch. Throughout the tour, our guide shared interesting information about the island, answered all of our questions, and provided outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for a personalized, stress-free way to see Roatán, I highly recommend this tour. It was an excellent value, and we left feeling like we experienced the best of the island in just one day.

We did a private tour of the island! We got to experience the monkey and sloths, the rum factory, the chocolate factory and was driven around the whole island. Our driver was Tex Connor. The day was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better day or driver. He was full of knowledge and had an amazing personality!
Big Al was our tour guide, and he made our day in Roatán absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we met him, he was friendly, caring, and incredibly accommodating to everything we wanted to do. We asked to begin our day with an island sightseeing tour and end with a snorkeling adventure, and he planned the perfect itinerary. Every stop was amazing, and the snorkeling experience was spectacular, with beautiful marine life and unforgettable underwater scenery. Big Al went above and beyond throughout the day. He patiently waited for us at every stop, took wonderful photos of our family, recommended the best places to visit, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Fantastic day in Honduras! Perfect day to see what the island has to offer. Iguanas, monkey's, rum, cocktails, great local sights and a lovely local guide. Worth every penny.
Fernando was an excellent guide! He was more than willing to take us wherever we wanted. When I needed some medicine for mosquito bites, he took us to a pharmacy and when I forgot snorkel gear on the boat, he drove back to get it while we were enjoying the beach. I highly recommend this tour!
My husband, my daughter, her boyfriend, and I just returned from a wonderful week's cruise on the NCL Escape. One of our stops was in Roatan, and after reading several positive reviews, we decided to book our excursion with Victor Bodden Tours. We are so glad we did! Unfortunately, our ship arrived at the port almost five hours late due to technical issues. We were worried that we would miss our tour, but to our surprise and relief, they waited for us without any problems. Our tour guide, Samuel, was absolutely wonderful. We had booked the sloth and monkey encounter, rum tasting, and an island tour to explore Roatan, and we were able to enjoy everything we had planned. Samuel was very informative, friendly, and attentive. He understood exactly what we wanted from the experience and made sure we had a memorable day. We never felt rushed, and his knowledge of the island made the tour even more enjoyable. The sloth and monkey encounter was a highlight of our trip, and the island itself is beautiful.
