Description
On our ATV Jungle Tour guest will get 1 hour and 30min of riding time through dirt roads and rough terrains while enjoying the beautiful scenery and views of nature . Ride through a local town down to the beach to take photos of a shipwreck. Once finished with the ATV's we will take you on an Island Tour where you will learn about our culture and lifestyle, visit the Chocolate Factory and Rum Cake Factory, for tastings and to the most beautiful sightseeing views and attractions of the Island. Souvenir shopping at the famous Rusty Fish local craft Market and stop over to the Roatan colorful sign for photos. On this adventure guest will visit the Sloths & Monkeys hang out and Animal Sanctuary were they will get to see the majestic Sloth in it's natural habitat, among many other exotic animals like the capuchin monkey and colourful macaws among many more. We have the best prices guaranteed and all of our drivers and guides speak English and will accompany you all through your Excursion.

You will be picked up and taking a car ride to the ATV Meeting Point
Guest will enjoy there ATV Jungle Tour, riding trough terrains, dirt roads and riding trough a local town down to the beach side.
Guest will take a tour trough the Chocolate factory to learn how local chocolate is made and free samples will be giving for tastings.
Learning how local rum is made and its many different flavors, guest will get to sample the delicious Rum cake and different flavors of Rum.
This animal sanctuary is for animal lovers and fun for the whole family. Here guests will see Sloths, Capuchin Monkeys, Colorful Macaws, yellow-headed parrots, guinea pigs and many more exotic animals.
You will be dropped off inside the Port, nearest to your ship.

Pickup Locations & Times
We pick up our travelers . Meeting time is scheduled for one hour after your ship has docked at the port . Ship time and local time sometimes is different so we adjust the meeting time accordingly. If by any chance your ship arrival time changes the meeting time will remain one hour after your ship is docked . Our tour representatives are available at the port before your ship arrives . Rest assure that if you are unable to make it within the hour our representatives will be there waiting for you for up to 3 hours maximum after your ship scheduled docking time. At Isla Tropical (Mohogany Bay Port), we will pick you up at the Main Exit Gate 1 after your ship has docked. Once you are able to disembark your ship you will please proceed to the gate, you will walk up the concrete hill and then down to the gate were your driver and guide will be waiting for you holding a sign with our company logo "Roatan Breakaway Tours. For Coxen Hole Port, Roatán. We will pick you up at the Main Exit Gate#2, 1 hour after your ship has docked. Once you are able to disembark your ship you will please proceed to gate you will walk pass all the vendors and right to the gate were your driver and guide will be waiting for you . Once arrive to the gate you just look across the street for the company Logo "Roatan Breakaway Tours. For Hotel's and Airbnb's if you don't see your address listed in our pick up list , please just send by text your location and happily we will be there to pick you up at your requested time .

This was a wonderful tour, it was intimate we got to mix with the locals and our tour guide Brenelda pouchie was amazing 10/10 she’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly where to take u to have a good time. Will definitely be booking with her again

We had a wonderful experience during our trip to Roatan. It started with some pouring rain, and I initially worried that our plans might be canceled. Fortunately, Lasha Collins, the tour operator, answered my WhatsApp call and reassured me that everything was still good to go. Our driver, Ernie, was truly fantastic. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the 4- 5 hours we spent on the island. Since our ship was the only one that day, we didn’t feel rushed. We enjoyed the sloth and monkey tour, followed by an exciting ATV ride. The ATV adventure took us to the island's core, and the team took great care of us, making the experience so much fun. Then, we went to the chocolate factory and rum Tasting. Overall, it was a fun and memorable journey that we cherished.

We had a wonderful day with our driver JJ. He told us about the areas we drove through and answered our numerous questions. The sloth, monkey and Macaw interaction at AJ's animal sanctuary along with our guide Dylan were the highlights of our entire vacation for our whole family. Everyone enjoyed the atvs as well and they were even kind enough to have one of the guides stay behind the group with me, the slow driver. We enjoyed delicious chocolate and purchased some amazing chocolate ice cream bars at the shop. It was a wonderful day and our family fell in love with Roatan on this great day.

This was one of the best excursions we have experienced. Our tour guide, Jessica was amazing. She gave us a taste of the local flavor and was very informative. We enjoyed the activities that were included and we were able to conclude the excursion with a fantastic meal at a local establishment. We highly recommend this excursion.

First off…KLINGMAN @ BREAKAWAY TOURS was A1. Would definitely recommend him. He was fantastic. Made sure we were SAFE!!! Very knowledgeable about his country’s history and overall geography. Overall, we had a wonderful day in Roatán, and the biggest reason was our driver and guide, Christian. He was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience. He went above and beyond to ensure we not only completed everything included in the excursion but also had time to do the additional things we wanted. We never felt rushed, and his customer service was exceptional. The sloth and monkey sanctuary was definitely a highlight, and we also enjoyed the chocolate and rum tastings. The ATV ride itself was fun, but there are a few areas that could be improved. There wasn’t a formal safety demonstration or orientation before the ride, so first-time ATV riders may benefit from clearer instructions. We also found the photo purchasing process confusing. We misunderstood how the pictures were being taken and how they would be available for purchase afterward. When we realized the misunderstanding and decided we wanted to purchase the photos, we felt that the female guide became noticeably less friendly and dismissive. We were simply trying to understand the process, and it would have been appreciated if our questions had been answered with the same level of professionalism and courtesy regardless of whether we chose to buy the photos or not. Despite that experience, Christian’s outstanding service made our day unforgettable. If you book this excursion, I highly recommend requesting Christian as your guide. He truly cares about his guests and is a huge asset to Roatán Breakaway Tours. We can’t wait to visit again!

Even in the rain, we had the best time. Private tours are the way to see the island especially with kids because you aren’t in a large group getting shuffled around. Our driver, Klinsman, was very kind and knowledgeable. He had recommendations to help us make the best of our day. It’s hard to decide which stop was our favorite, the monkey sanctuary or the ATV tour. 10/10 would recommend!

A fantastic tour in Roatan. Tour guide was super friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make our tour special. While crowded, the monkey and sloth exhibit was awesome, with the monkeys actually walking on my head and arms! The ATV tour was super fun, scenic, and a great time for the adults and kids alike. The chocolate and rum factory tours were also busy, but great stops in Roatan. Overall, this was a great tour that really gave you a great taste of what the island has to offer! Highly recommend.
