Great range of food with an awesome tour guide!
This food tour around Silver Lake was an amazing way to spend the day! Not only did we get a detailed history of Silverlake and its influence in Los Angeles culture, as well as cinema, but we got to try a variety of different foods from highly regarded places!! The food ranged from Taiwanese to Italian to Mexican, it was a great activity for people looking to learn more about Los Angeles foodie scene, and have such a great guide Matthew, keeping us laughing the whole way.

I had so much fun
Literally such a fun time. I had never done a food tour before but when I saw this one was led by a comedian, I had to try the experience and I do not regret it one bit. Hilarious, great food, top notch history and facts, and great photo ops.

Great Tour!
This was an amazing tour! I had so many laughs from our guide Matt! I didn’t realize this was a tour with a comedian guide so now it makes so much sense why he was so funny!
Great bites , great history about the city that I had no clue about and I really got a nice workout! I earned my dessert for sure! Great idea to explore an area that isn’t overly populated with tourists. Also really good photo opps! And Matt was really dedicated to the perfect shot.

Local restaurants & history walking tour
My family all met at the 1st meeting spot (ended up parking twice to avoid a parking ticket). I thought the five restaurant destinations were uniquely distinct. Cool hidden local yore with the Laurel & Hardy park that I didn't know was there despite being the family member that lives in the area (too bad they don't have a couple picnic tables there). The '135' steps were also cool. Bodega Park /Korean American for the Bodega chopped burger, Mid East Tacos/ for falafel tacos, Pine & Crane/Taiwanese, LASorted/Upside Down pizza, & Ceci's tiramisu. Anthony was the perfect host (tour guide).

Great Tour!
This was great! Matthew was really nice and knowledgeable. It’s wonderful to be able to try five different restaurants in one day. I liked all the pretty staircases and going up The Music Box steps.

Silver Lake Tour
The tour was amazing! Matt was an incredible host. So knowledgeable and engaging. It was just my brother and I which actually was pretty nice. We learned so much about Silver Lake and its history. I would recommend anyone to do this tour. There was a bit of hiking we didn’t expect but it was well worth it lol. The food was incredible. Will definitely try another tour.

100% recommend this tour! Matt was amazing...from all his knowledge of the foods we were eating, to locations we walked by and dad jokes made for a great time! All the places we ate at were delicious! Fun fun fun!

Fun Tour with a cool guide!
My mom and I had so much fun on this tour!! Our guide, Matt, was awesome!! Very fun, very personable, and very providing- with information, things needed to eat the food and overall, friendliness! The foods picked for the tour were great, or as we like to say in Bermuda, " it all tasted WELL!!!" :P Would definitely recommend this tour! Just be prepared to do some walking!! :)

More Chopped Cheese Please!
We really enjoyed our tour. The food was delicious and Matt was an excellent guide. The chopped cheese from Bodega Park was our favorite.
